Well, I got one wearable from the goodie bags -- Vampire Wax Lips
They're not an NC item though.

I'm going to maybe open three or four bags, stuff one in my SDB and put the remaining one or two in my shop. XD

I didn't get the 50NC at first, but then I went back through the links. At the Island Mystic, the bag showed up again, and then it said I had found all the spots and gave me the Neocash.
This does not explain why I now appear to have eight of the bags, though. *puzzled*

I'm not so sure about the inflating thing.. I've seen bags from a few years ago and they're still not worth that much. ._.
