Hmm, for some reason the music video for Walking With a Ghost suddenly seems surreal and Kafka-esque. The strange part is "suddenly".
WEEKEND UPDATE: Apparently The White Stripes also wrote the opening song from Napoleon Dynamite. The one with all the food.

Plus, there's a lot that he didn't list... Well, she was dealing with a very particular kind of bad writing, so things like "lack of proper spelling and grammar" wouldn't be on there. She could have added "must use tons of unique analogies that sound neat but make no real sense," though. XD

*shrug* My friend always refers to future events in the story- narrorates third-person, you know? "And she looked through the door that she would walk through in a few minutes, then walked through it a few minutes later." Useless repetition bothers me, too. Maybe it's just a pet peeve of mine.
