Uh… Nature? I think Cylak's ability is supposed to be unique. Or at least so rare that there are only, oh, maybe one or two per generation, tops?

Just saying, maybe you should check with Vyt before assuming the potion could've been tested on people with the same abilities. (Well, he could just be saying that's what happened, but still.)

Mayyybe it could have been tested on possessed people, though? The situation seems similar.

Hmm, I didn't intend for Cylak's soul-linking ability to be that unique, but that ability came from a world not even the Mageri know about (but would love to visit since it has so many anthros).

However, we could assume that Marthae had some in-depth research on this kind of magic, and say that the ingredients in her potion were intended to dispell anything or anyone that disturbs the original soul of the target.

Still, considering the fact that the Mageri's intention on capturing Cylak was to extract her ability for their own use, I doubt that the Leader would let someone put all their efforts to waste by eliminating Cylak's power, right?

Besides, I didn't put Cat Assassin's search progress on hold for nothing.

I seem to be falling behind the story a bit, sorry. Slothbird is trapped by a Mageri, Mundus is waiting in the Hall while Mageri are running out to play "Torture the Cow Mage", and... where should Hunter be? It sounds like some ninjas have already left to find the Mageri, but as far as I can tell Cat Assassin is the only one outside the Manor. Hunter was going to follow the Mages to the Mageri world, but C.A. ditched him, and I don't know where the other ninjas are.

(Talking in the third person about my persona feels a bit awkward, but since I'm talking both about my character and myself at parts of it, I'll deal with it so it will make sense.)

I don't think the other ninjas have any idea where they are themselves. XD; I don't, anyways. That's the main reason why I haven't posted. Uncle seems to have charged off on his own, and now the mages are kind of discussing amongst themselves... and I really don't know what we're doing now.

As far as I can figure, though, the ninjas besides CA are still in the kitchen, and are... uh... trying to figure out what the heck they're doing. So, perhaps the mages can include us in their little planning session here? You know, maybe break up into three groups with one ninja per group or something? That's what I was thinking would happen, anyways.

Kat has chosen to stay in the Manor. Most of the other mages have tagged along with Cat Assassin, but I think Nature's still in the Manor as well.

Hunter - You could have Slothbird try to escape. In the meantime, if you don't mind, he's with Evandra.

Jakie, I should have figured you'd want me on your team. XD (For those who don't know, Jakie has been stalking me on the 'Bloids up until recently.)

Also, I hope I didn't overpower Mundus with giving him that spying ability. Levitation and Teleportation were alright, but with the powers of the compass I already established...

Yeah, I suspect the inactivity has something to do with NaNo, if I had to take a wild guess. ^_^; I myself have been trying to get a lot of things done this November, so that's why I haven't been posting as much. I post when I can though.
