The only personal response thing I got was when I sent in a series, he asked me change the title. Then he said it went with my ending and he'd keep it. Weird, ne? Oooh...I've been trying to get comics published for quite a while, but I've never attached the image, lol, only given a URL. Maybe it was obvious, but someone at camp said that common sense is one of the least common things in life...

I once got a personal reply to my article 'My Rambling Piece'. It said only...
my ear owns you
Yes, Josh scares me too.

The good kind of weird though - like a 'funky sweater' kind of weird, not the 'what the heck is in that cheese' kind of weird.

Hey simsman, I just noticed your signature... "El gourdo gato"? Is it supposed to mean the fat cat? If it is, I think it is El Gato Gordo. At least we write "O Gato Gordo" in portuguese, and portuguese is very similar to spanish.
Anyway, I can be wrong. I'm not spanish nor have I ever had spanish classes, so...

I take Latin so, uh, I only know the root words. I only know a few Spanish words, too. Anyways, I've sent in comics before, and they never got in so I'm thinking of editing them and then sending them. But anyways, thanks for the suggestions, simsman! Josh has only replied once to me, and I was like, "OH MY GOSH! MISTER SHANKLY E-MAILED ME!" for a day or two.

I don't know... I wanted to make a long comic strip with lots of issues (you know, Brother'nSister, the one with the red kyrii called Chankyton and the yellow shoyru called Ryuzoo), but they don't put it in anymore... why?? Can anybody tell me that? First I saw that I was sending them to neopEantimes@neopets.com instead of neopIantimes@neopets.com, but it can't be that.

I noticed that sunday last week or the one before. Then I sent them in to NeopIantimes@neopets.com, but it didn't appear then, either. It's really getting frustrating...

Tiger catcher is Anthony, and Mr. Insane is Matt the Angry Programmer.

Hmmm, the quote thing isn't working. alrighty, we'll just do this.
QUOTE OF ODDHATTER: "And please, no more superhero/adventure comics. I wanted to stop C-Poogle after...#19 if not for the complaints I got just because frankly, the comics section seems to be saturated with continuous adventure/superhero comics. Really, it gets rather annoying. (I'm not saying they're bad...but variety...variety!)"
Uh, yeah, well mine is the smart pet, dumb pet formula, so originality sort of collaspes there. Also: 1. I send in a comic that took several weeks to get in, i'd given up on it when it suddenly appeared, so sometimes it does take a while. 2. I use .png when i send in comics (yes, i'm aware it's probably a pain, but it makes 'em smaller.) 3. Help with html, etc would be excellent!! I just use word, and any italics or otherwise didn't appear in my story.
Well that's my two cents. I'll go away now.

I'll go away now. .png is a pain and doesn't work sometimes; when you save something in Adobe Photoshop, it gives you the option of saving it in .gif or .jpg. Also, I quoted a very old post, but if you still need help, felabba, I can help you with HTML. By putting <i> and</i> around italicized text, it'll turn out italicized: <i> italicized text</i> And now that Felicia is the new editor, has anything changed comic-submission-wise? She hasn't been accepting my stuff, and I want to send in a comic series soon, possibly this week.

El Gordo Gato translates as The fat cat.
According to spanish it SHOULD be 'El gato gordo.' as the adjective preceeds the noun in spanish!
