((XD We're the only two people who aren't being that realistic. It's more fun this way. You should get involved; what's your persona?)) (( Ummm... Let me go make one. )) (( Okies, I wrote my newest persona. x) ))

I guess my warning was a little too late...she's already gotten tangled up in it. Shame. "Nice to see you, Nature. Job well done on the performance up there. Have you found yourself a patron yet?" Turning back to Rider, Stal made his voice sound non-chalant but wasn't sure the disappointment he felt had gone through. "To answer your question, Rider, I provide and take care of my family. We won't be needing any life insurance. From anyone."
"Rider, Nature, Stal!" Kathleen called out. "So good to see you!"
Stal turned to see who had called out. Unfortunately for many people, this unexpected move bumped right into a passing waiter carrying more drinks. The waiter stumbled, sending the beverages crashing to the ground.
"I am so sorry, sir, I should be more careful." The waiter was practically knocking his knees, and Stal wasn't entirely sure the wet spot on his pants was from the drinks that had just spilled.
"Don't worry about it. My fault. Everyone okay there? None got in your bag, did it, Rider?"

Nova got out of his parked limo, talking on his cell phone. "Just makes sure it gets done! If it fails, Huntress would have my head, and I'll never be able to wear a radioactive bra again! Just don't waste any time!"
He put away the cell phone into his formal pants pocket. He wasn't in his usual bright blue Nova persona as he usually is. He didn't want to stand out of course. Instead he was a normal peasant human, wearing a stunning tuxedo and had bright blue spiked hair and a few freckles on his face, slightly covered thanks to his glasses. He told the driver to sit back, and wait for the party to end, and walked into the mansion.
He noticed many people he knew was in, such as Carrie and her daughter Squiesh, Diana and Clocky, and many more. He reached into his coat to make sure that he had his pair of pistols with the silver plated fancy "N" on them were still in the coat pockets, after he confirmed them, he noticed Stal and Rider talking to each other.
"Stalos! Rider! It's been such a long time, we definitely need to talk much more often. And.. Stal, why do you look so wet?"

Nobody had seen Kalianne Lunara materialize and blend into the crowd - almost literally, as she had simply poofed her way in, as usual. Clad in a long, sleek strapless purple gown, matching high-heeled sandals with rhinestone-studded straps, gold star earrings, a silver crescent moon dangling from her neck, she mingled with the guests. She wondered if they would notice the star-topped wand she stuck into her sash, or the fact that for once, she had pulled her hair back into a high ponytail.
"Stalos! Rider! It's been such a long time, we definitely need to talk much more often. And.. Stal, why do you look so wet?"
And at the sound of Nova's voice, she turned around, a goblet of sparkling apple juice in one hand.
"Fancy meeting you here, Nova. It's a small forum, after all."

"Fancy meeting you here, Nova. It's a small forum, after all."
Nova turned around, also spilling a bit of his sparkling grape juice that he picked up recently from the waiter. "Kat my darling! Nice seeing you here at this wonderful party."
((By the way, are we still married in here or are we not related in any way? xDD))

Lou hadn't felt a sense of "don't become involved, it has nothing to do with you" for a while now. Sometimes that got her into trouble.
But the swamp girl liked to think that most of the time it had gotten people out of trouble.
That was a long time ago, Lou.
"So," said Lou, "you're trying to instigate some fighting, and I'm trying to... Well, to be honest, I'm here out of blatant curiousity and boredom. It's sick, I know."
Lou paused, gathering memories.
"Do you want me to help stop him, you, orsomeone else?"

[shadow=purple,left,300]((Okay Nova, we've agreed to be married in this RP. XD))[/shadow]
"Kat my darling! Nice seeing you here at this wonderful party."
"But first, let me clean that up for you," said Kat with a small smile, drawing her wand from her sash with her free hand. After one wave, any sign that Nova had spilled anything was gone, and she kissed him on the cheek.
Then, she dropped her voice and whispered, "Has anything happened...anything at all?"

Diana stared for a second, confused. The screaming in her head abruptly cut off with an exasperated sigh, something that piqued Diana's interest greatly, in a suspicious sort of way. Makaique wasn't one to stop ranting, even if nobody was listening.
But if he knew what she had just spilled to a virtual stranger, would he go straight ahead to killing...
Her heartbeat sped up tenfold.
"Him, and if that's not possible, then yeah, life isn't worth much to me at this point."
She stiffened as the scent of poison washed over her, sour and acrid. For her. But very few normal humans would have noticed it.
Automatically, she whirled around to face the source. A server was carrying out another platter of eclairs to replace the one that had just been eaten, and Diana realized that they had been poisoned before she could blink.

Lou's mind took advantage of Diana's distraction to have the usual "run screaming awaaaaaaaaaaaaay!" thought, which Lou as usual ignored.
But what did this girl think Lou could-
Gosh, Lou, said her mind, I wonder.
Well, she'd come here wanting some excitement. Sure, this was a new direction, but if it removed some unhealthy influence to the mobs and to this poor girl, why not?
Lou noticed where the girl was glaring then. She wasn't very good with poisons- the berries that poisoned her fountain pen were pretty much her only experience with them- but those were not normal eclairs.
Her comments about her abilities to stop anyone anymore would have to wait.

Celestial was frustrated at how everyone seemed to be ignoring her. Although it pays to not be noticed...
She turned away from Rikku and hoped to avoid a shootout. It would be very dangerous now, even if she did have her two Desert Eagle handguns and well as a knife in her boot. It was just as well that her robes could be as casual or as formal as she wanted them.
She glanced around and noticed quite a few newcomers. Including her ex-husband, Nova and his other wife Kat. They looked very happy together just chatting away to Stal and Rider. Well kudos to them, Celestial thought as her dragon's eyes scanned the entire room. There wwere two girls near the snack tables and something told Celestial that they weren't having a casual conversation. What did intrigue her was that one of the girls had dragon's wing's so much like her own. If it wasn't for the colour, she could have said that they were a carbon copy. But it was best to play safe, she thought as her wings stirred beneath her cloack. Walking up to the two girls, she listened.
She was careful not to attract a lot of attention to herself and grabbed a snack to go with her champagne and too make it look as if she was supposed to be there. However, some irresponsible guest had split some of their champagne right on the floor and Celestial just happened to step on it. From there, it was inevitable.
As Celestial began slipping, her wings flared out on instinct. While they managed to keep her from toppling over, the noise of their sudden opening would be enough to attract the attention of the two girls. Cursing under her breath, Celestial put on of her arms in her sleeve and felt her Desert Eagle handguns. If they were too curious, a silencer spell combined with the flaming bullet should take care of them both.

"Nature, I'm well. How have you been, doll? Stal and I were just talking business. I see you're as talented as ever. Has the music industry been treating you well?"
Nature nodded. "Very well, yes, thanks." She mentally sighed a breath of relief as she realized that Rider and Stal haven't noticed her, um, attire problem. "Finally gettin' gigs at the local bars and stuff. Payment isn't really high, but y'know I only do performances for the heck of it. " She looked around and smiled at Rider and Stal. "So far, so good," she told them, shrugging a little.
"Rider, Nature, Stal! So good to see you!"
Nature turned around to see Kathleen going up to them. "Oh, Kathy! Hi!" she yelled, waving to Kathleen. In reality, she didn't trust Kathleen. She knew she was on Don Carrie's side, so she had to be on guard. On the other hand, she didn't want Kathleen to notice that the Zafara was the only one in an Organization XIII coat.

Smithy silently cursed her conversation skills as both the ladies drifted away. Then she walked over to a wall, sipping her lemonade, and critically scanning the room.
The clothing is amazing, considering what I used to see. Smithy was used to being able to pick out weapons from beneath huge folds of fabric that people wrapped around them, and pinpointing where people were hiding their weapons now was easy compared to that.
Smithy was slightly startled at how quickly tension was building up, and she could sense magic already being used, but ignored it.
She sidled up to Celestial, who was looking slightly alone. "How's it going for you, Celestial?"
