[glow=red,2,300]Stage 4: Defend the Pet Shop
Rider leaned on the counter of the pet shop, unwrapping a piece of hard candy. "You know, I've been thinking of letting my hair grow out."
The shopkeeper nodded as she scrubbed an empty fish tank.
"Like your hair. Maybe a braid. Want a piece?"
"No thanks."
"It's strawberry. Your favorite."
Ventratta bit Rider's hand. Stop hitting on the NPCs.
"Oops, sorry."[/glow]

A successful mission at the Pet Shop. Nova looked around, not much has been happening at the Movie Theatre. A text message from Huntress said that he could do whatever he wanted, until he got more "official" plans. He thought for a moment, and grabbed his pistol. "People like seeing movies," he said with a smile. "This is one live show people won't want to miss."

Don Hunty Stage 4: Attack Theatre
Lupehunter was proud at his success at the Pharmacy because there wasn't much of a resistance when he attempted to take it over. Hopefully, he would be just as successful when he took over the theatre. He loaded another clip into his Glock as he walked towards the theatre, thinking that it would be a piece of cake to take over.

Don Carrie - Stage 4 - Defend Movie Theatre
Cheese dripped down Rikku's chin. The Pizzeria was nice and all, but there was a showing of a movie she'd quite like to watch. And she hadn't checked the Theatre for a while. Anything could be happening there.

Stage four - Attack - Movie Theatre
Kathleen reclined easily in her chair, grinning from ear-to-ear. The seat was comfortable, the film was good, the candy made a nice finish to her pizza. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see the silhouettes of people. Maybe innocent film-watchers, maybe not. Kath slid her hand inconspicuously into her pocket, and turned her attention back to the film.

Amneiger used his elbow to close the door to his apartment and throw the bolt. The bleeding had stopped, which was good; he didn't need blood dripping all over the place. He walked into the bathroom, turned on the water, and carefully unwrapped the makeshift bandages around his arm. His luck had been amazing; the bullet had only winged him, and it looked like it would heal all right if he just washed the wound with hydrogen peroxide and water. He did so, wrapped some gauze around it, and checked that his jacket had sleeves long enough to hide them from casual view. Amneiger moved the arm experimentally; it didn't hurt, which he decided meant that he could work. Good.
((And Amneiger demonstrates that his greed exceeds his health concerns.))

As Amneiger sat in his chair, he heard something rustle in his coat. He glanced at it, then got up and checked the pockets. Interesting... This merited his attention at once. He put the jacket on, checked his shotgun, and left.

The Tabloid Tabloids
BREAKING NEWS!
In an interesting turn of events, it seems a certain Don Carrie has been turning the tide and showing how revenge is a dish best served cold.
The Computer Store has seen a fierce shootout between the two mobs, or so we're told. Having forced the defenders to flee for their lives, the store was soon abandoned but not before the management was 'persuaded' and a mysterious note left behind reading "This one's for you, Carrie! ~ LtRZ"
Just around the corner, the Pharmacy saw action against two unknown forces, one of whom eventually outwitted and outgunned the defender. As the dust settled, we learn from the management that another mysterious note was left behind: Treasure my offering well. Signed AoC
Meanwhile, across town, the Candy Store saw quite a number of rough characters who did not look like they were interested in sweets. After some 'negotiations' the store owner tossed his candy canes on Don Hunty's side. This has been the only bloodless incident today I'm afraid.
Why's that? Because of the movies. The Movie Theatre could have been the set of the next blockbuster film with all the gunfire and explosions. The two sides traded shots for hours, even after dusk had fallen, and it was only at the time of publishing did the shots cease. Our correspondent notes no change in ownership, though he notes the need for a fresh change of pants.
Another day draws to a close but the theatre of gang war is far from over. We can only hope and pray dear readers.

[glow=red,2,300]Stage 5: Attack the Nightclub (?)
The dancing lights played patterns and chords on the smoke in the air. The bass of the music seeped into Rider's very bones. She sat on a barstool, sipping lemonade and waiting. The place would be heavily guarded. She held her purse on her lap, feeling the reassuring weight of the gun therein. It almost made up for her lack of a red cape, but this was an incognito job. Her eyes scanned the room for any of Don Carrie's people as she nervously fiddled with her wedding band. It was like an iron brand. She belonged to Hunty.
Not that you'd know it the way things were going lately.
Through the smokey haze there shone angel in the darkness. A creature of perfect beauty and grace. A Juliet from a moviemaker's dream, or even the bright dreams of Queen Mab herself.
She approached. Where had she seen this girl before? It seemed to tug at the edges of her memory, but the center of her thoughts was just the dance that the two found themselves in, this bizarre techno-waltz.
Rider's words came out barely audible. "Your name, sweet faerie?"[/glow]

Don Hunty - Stage 4 - Attack Nightclub
Nova was wounded, but thanks to his comrades, the bullet fired by Carries troops was taken out and he was again, fine. "Dangit!" He shouted. "All that for nothing. Well... we might as well attack the night club... Hunty would be pleased if we got it.
EDIT:
Hey Scar.. I dont get how the Movie Theatre was defended successfully. There were 3 attackers from Don Hunty, and one defender from Carrie... o.O
