If you notice the caption at the bottom of the image, it states 'Spoilers'. TNT's made a Doctor Who reference, more specifically, Professor River Song, who had the penchance of saying that line whenever the Doctor asked her something that pertains to her past/his future (it's kind of hard to explain) |

I'm kind of curious as to what Neoboards rules they're going to be able to relax now that they're out of Viacom's jurisdiction, actually. I know COPPA requirements must still apply--I'm not sure what would change.

Guess so. That news kind of caught me by surprise too. I'm pretty sure he's still mentioned on the Random Contest page.
Also, I notice that there's no happy thoughts this week. Wonder if that's an oversight or if it was just a really negative week.

I was kind of baffled by the request this week for some sort of monthly monetary compensation for us winning site trophies. That's... really silly. XD Especially since most of the time we win items and avatars in the process of getting those trophies.
And no happy thoughts again. =\ Maybe it's to do with that strained resources thing they mentioned? Just too pressed for time to include them?
