Ah, but I forgot to mention something! I'll use Macromedia Flash instead of Photoshop for your art since I'm still more accustomed towards the former. Is that okay with you?  Well, does it really make a difference? And it's your work; you choose  (I would say Flash, since you want) [glow=yellow,1,400]Flash indeed, since it's much easier than Photoshop by inking alone.
