So I decided I'm a down-and-dirty word count pushing rule-bending NaNoer. My first 15k or so Nano is a "dream sequence" for the MC of my second Nano. xD I was planning on starting afresh and all over butttt...while I was browsing the NaNo forums I read of more and more people who had burned out on a first idea and were just combining two stories, one way or another. Every single word was written in November, so it's legit. What can I say, I'm a bad, bad person. XD Now I have 22k instead of 7k!  |

One of the major plot bits is that my MC keeps having dreams about the same thing ((or person...hmm)). THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS CHEATING! ...unless you count taking out hyphens. >.> And making your MC have a stutter. ((That was last years. One sentence would be like "I, I, I, I, is, I don't know what I'm saying." Me being lame, I still didn't finish.)) |

The stutter. Is. Brilliant.  I got 25k, HEY! I got 25k, HEY!Halfway there!! I've always found that the 20k's are hardest to get through, so it's mostly downhill from here. EEE! So excited! ^^ |

I may cry. I'm having the worst November of all my Novembers... no, scratch that, worst November of my EXISTENCE. Everything is just going wrong and unraveling and my mind is in a thousand places... and if that isn't enough, I'm like 9k behind on Nano.  It's VERY unlikely that I'll finish this year, which makes Eri sad. =( But I have so much actual real world stuff to deal with that my NaNo REALLY just had to take the back seat for a while. I have off until Monday, so I'm hoping to make up some ground by then. Honestly, though, I'll be pleased with myself if I reach 40k. |
