Dear NaNo thread,
Bear with me I know you aren't my journal but you'll have to deal. I'm stressed out and I'm losing my ideas. I'm too far to behind and I fear I might not catch up. Well thanks for listening.

Sorry for the double post but: The Gifted Academy Chapter One: Welcome to Trilla Boarding School For The Gifted
A room is hidden in an art museum. This room is different from others though. How? Simple. This room can only be found by people referred to as ‘the gifted’. In this room is where our tale of hope, love, and drama begins. A young boy no older fourteen or fifteen stood in the room. The room wasn’t very interesting to say the least. It was just a regular room. Plain black and white tiled floor. Blank white walls. A window. Twas nothing special. Twas also here were Ginz stood on a good day. Now Ginz wasn’t his real name, I can tell you that. His real name was Ginzermo but he just liked to be called Ginz.
Ginz had light chocolate brown skin. Almond shaped green eyes lit up his face. Although he was scrawny, he was still strong. Long black hair was pulled into a small ponytail. Ginz had a black bandana with gold stars on it tied over his head. He wore blue jeans and a silver shirt. Staring closely at the wall, he blinked. A strange thing had just occurred. A picture had just appeared on one of each of the four walls.
The north wall had a bronze frame. A black background was illuminated with a silver glow. The glow turned out to be nothing more than a silver key. The south wall had a silver frame. It had a glowing bronze doorknob painted on it. The east wall had a gold frame. An oak wood door was painting on it. Finally the west wall. This one was different. This wall had a poem on it. It read:
Those who seek thee Find the pieces times Three Blood will help ye Open the door to Thine destiny
Ginz thought this over for a minute. “Find the pieces times three. That must mean I take a piece from the other paintings and connect them.” He thought. Turning to the northern wall, he plucked out the key. It fell into his hands. The key was about the size of a full grown dog. The handle at the end was shaped like a phoenix. “Boy this is heavy.” Ginz said with a pant. The key let out a silver glow and shrunk to the size of an iPod. Turning to the doorknob, Ginz pulled. Nothing happened. Pulling harder, he fell into the picture of the door, knocking it over and shattering it. Ink spilled over and Ginz panicked. Scooping it up, he noticed the doorknob had magically appeared in his lap. Laying the ink used to paint the door on the floor, he got to work.
Taking out some paper, Ginz began to paint the door back. Once he was done, he put the doorknob on the door. Taking the key, he began to fit it into the lock. Looking out the window, he saw a woman coming towards the room. Panicking, he opened the door. Without waiting, he dived. As he passed through the surface, the door faded out of existence.
Ginz found himself staring in shock. For you see he was face to face with a twisted staircase. Red carpeting when up it and the rails were gold. The strange thing was it was going up! How was it going up when he had went down? Blinking, Ginz continued onward. Climbing the staircase he was surprised to see a field of grass. Running up the staircase, he felt the ground beneath him fading. With a startled gasp, Ginz began to run up the stairs two by two. On the last step it faded and he began to fall. Reaching out, he grabbed on the ground and pulled himself up. Panting, Ginz looked around.
He was on a patch of dark green grass. Roads ran through the grass in many shapes. In the center of the grass was large crystal gate. It stretched high into the air so you couldn’t hop it. Silver bars lined the gate. On each bar was a row of different jewels. The first had diamonds followed by pearls, sapphires, rubies, and emeralds respectively on each gate. Staring, Ginz began to trudge towards the gate when he was knocked down.
Looking up, he found a girl lying on top of him. She had a pair of furry brown wolf ears sticking out from under her hair. Vampire fangs stuck out from her mouth. Her black hair blew in the wind. Brown eyes surveyed Ginz. Rolling off of him, she dusted her black dress and black v-neck shirt off. “Hey! I’m Blood and you are?” she asked. Ginz chuckled.
“I’m Ginz.”
“You must be an otherworlder.”
“Otherworlder?”
“One from the other side. Come on I’ll take you to the registration room.” Blood said, pulling Ginz up. With a startled yelp, Ginz followed after her.

A few minutes later, Ginz found himself sitting in a beanbag chair. Blood had dragged him across several streets, through the gates, through the front entrance, down several hallways, and finally down what appeared to be a wishing well…well at least he thought it was a wishing well. He wasn’t quite sure where he was exactly. All he knew was that the room was flooded. That and there was no one in the room except for him. Thinking, he was amazed as the room changed into that of the room he had been in before he arrived. In front of him though, was an oak desk. On it was a form. It read: Name: Age: Gender: Power (To determine classes): Desired Dorm Number:
Ginz thought and filled it out. Now it read:
Name: Ginz Zermo Age: Fourteen Gender: Male Power (To determine classes): Unknown Desired Dorm Number: 103
Ginz put the form in a green envelope and sealed it. The paper envelope faded out of existence and a red key formed in its place. ‘Building eleven room 103’ was etched into the key. Picking it up, Ginz inspected it. Turning it around, the young boy sighed. Looking around, he noticed an egg. With a shrug, he sighed and headed off to his room.
The Gifted Academy Chapter Two: Roommates & Bullies
A few minutes later, Ginz found himself utterly lost, after all what normal boarding school had long hallways? Not any he had ever been in before. And he had been in a lot of boarding schools. Stumbling over a rock, he found himself face first on the floor. Suddenly the “floor” began to move. A tail curled around Ginz and lifted him into the air.
The scaly green tail began to strangle Ginz. The scaly green tail was attached to a large black lizard with red streaks in its scales. Red eyes glared at the teen. “How dare you trip over my tail?! Who do you think you are?!” the voice said. Ginz stared in panic as the lizard spit an icky green and black slime on the floor. Putrid black fumes came up from the slime. The lizard dipped Ginz into the substance and began to use him as a mop to clean up the mess.
Pain shot through Ginz as he was rubbed through the substance. This slime wasn’t just slime, it was also acid! Needles of hot fumes pierced his skin like nothing before. Pain shot up his body as he cried out in agony. Not only that but he was still being strangled by the lizard. After what felt like months, although it was only two days, Ginz felt the tail lift from him. Ginz wiggled in pain and got up to leave.
Stumbling to his room, Ginz opened the door. The room had dark blue carpeting. White walls had been plastered over with moving pictures of dragons and phoenixes. Two marble dressers were in the room. There were three beds, each bearing cream sheets. Between them was an oak desk. Ginz entered the room to find Blood sitting on one of the beds. With a wave of acknowledgement, Ginz stumbled into the bathroom.
Ginz dropped his chin in awe. The floor was made out of pure diamond. The sink itself was made of pearl. The bathtub was made out of crystal. A sapphire toilet sat in the far corner of the room. Ruby shaped soap sat on the sink. Next to it was a pure golden radio. Picking up the soap, he was surprised to hear music coming from it.
“Blood why is the soap playing music?!” he yelled. Blood came into the room to see him holding the ruby shaped soap.
“No soap. Radio.” Blood replied.
“What?” Ginz asked with a blank stare. Blood picked up the radio next to what appeared to be sop.
“This is soap,” she said indicating the radio, “and this is a radio.” she finished, indicating the ruby. “You turn the knobs and soap pours out.” she stated upon seeing Ginz’s blank stare. Ginz nodded and turned on the tub. Sliding in with clothing on, Ginz closed his eyes.
Blood giggled and watched her friend lay in the tub. ‘He’s kind of cute…for a human He’s so headstrong. Like in that song Headstrong.’ She thought. With a sigh, she slipped out of the room. After all, Ginz wouldn’t want her staring after him. Sitting on her bed, she looked at a picture of her father. With a sigh, she began to sing.
‘Circling your, circling your, circling your head Contemplating everything you ever said Now I see the truth, I got a doubt A different motive in your eyes and now I’m out See you later I see your fantasy; you want to make it a reality paved in gold See inside, inside of our heads (yeah) Well now that’s over I see your motives inside, decisions to hide
Back off I’ll take you on Headstrong to take on anyone I know that you are wrong Headstrong we’re headstrong Back off I’ll take you on Headstrong to take on anyone I know that you are wrong and this is not where you belong I can’t give everything away I won’t give everything away
Conclusions manifest, your firs impressions got to be your very best I see you’re full of stingy dung, and that’s alright That’s how you play; I guess you’ll get through every night Well now that’s over I see your fantasy; you want to make it a reality paved in gold See inside, inside of our heads (yeah) Well now that’s over I see your motives inside, decisions to hide
Back off I’ll take you on Headstrong to take on anyone I know that you are wrong Headstrong we’re headstrong Back off I’ll take you on Headstrong to take on anyone I know that you are wrong and this is not where you belong I can’t give everything away I won’t give everything away
I know, I know all about I know, I know all about I know, I know all about I know, I know all about your motives inside, and your decisions to hide
Back off I’ll take you on Headstrong to take on anyone I know that you are wrong Headstrong we’re headstrong Back off I’ll take you on Headstrong to take on anyone I know that you are wrong and this is not where you belong I can’t give everything away I won’t give everything away’
She sang without even blinking. When she looked up, she found Ginz hovering over her. He now wore a silver robe much like that of Uryuu’s. His hair was dripping with water. Leaning over, he gave her a hug. She sighed and breathed in his fresh scent. ‘He smells like roses. He must have gotten the rose smelling soap out of the soap machine.’ She thought. Blood let out a small squeal of happiness and hugged Ginz closer to her.
“You okay? I love that song. It cheers me up when I’m sad.” Ginz spoke. She pushed him back, causing him to fall over and onto the floor.
