If I take apart "THE FILE"
I can make "THE FIRS" now all I need is a T and I can get "THE FIRST THREE PUZZLES"
...but that might not be it.
EDIT: I can also get "THE FIRST TIER"
but I can't see that fitting in anywhere. XD

I'm going to try to help you on #3 but I think I have to start homework soon. I almost slept through this assignment, too! >_<
EDIT: Part of the words in #2 can be arranged to form 'To find the exemption'. I'll post a pic soon.

Some of those don't make sense or don't have spaces between the words. Also, the two quotes should go together.
