Does anyone have any plans for when we'll finish up chapter one? I'll probably post my and Ducky's death scene tomorrow or something - I'd have put it into my last part, except that it's late and after an hour and a half of typing (giving me three and a half pages of story, I might add), I got tired - and figured that anyone reading it would feel the same. So, I'll just put it in my fourth post tomorrow.
Is the earthquake almost over? And where exactly is this part gonna leave off, anyways?

For my next part, I'll explain that the items stolen from the tabloid shop could have been used to create the earthquake, and any reviving potions were either stolen or destroyed by the eathquake. I need someone to reply back that Chelsey left a key and the passcode to get into the tabloid shop in mod squad, in case of need for emergency use of items or something. This sets it up that anybody in mod squad (and their counterparts) would have had access to the items.

I love how everyone still thinks I'm the murderer, even though I'm dead! XDD
It seems they all liked my parts, though! And... were actually a bit surprised at my and Ducky's sudden demise. Not bad, considering I wrote just about every piece on the fly and made the stuff up as I went along! ^^;;

I put up a red herring clue just because I felt like it. <.<
And btw, can we have the clues translated here for those of us who are too lazy/don't have the time to figure them out for ourselves? It might be important for us to know what the forumers have been given as a hint so we can relate in our parts of the rp. *hasn't gone and translated the binary clue thing yet*

The binary clue thing leads them to another translation and a riddle, which seems to refer to a forum member (though I don't remember where that was said) that's in possession of the scrolls. The scrolls are the real clue, and I don't think Rider's written out any real clues to give to the scroll-holders yet, so we should be fine until she comes back. ...at least, as long as we keep the plot moving. She'll keelhaul us all if she comes back to nothing much happening. j;) *needs someone else to post so she can write about something besides the connection-tearing-pain thing* |

...Ikkin, are you a ninja or a pirate? ...you have to ask? XDD You dishonor me! j;) (Yup, Nimras is right. Why else would I insult your kunai?) *** As for the actual plan of this thing... I know I went overboard with the 'connection driving me crazy' thing at first, so I decided to make a reason for the insanity to be less severe for now (otherwise, it would seem strange that I last as long as I do... XD). I don't think we ever really planned how we're going to end this, though, besides the fact that we want to make everything right again... I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas for what to do with Sev to fix the problems he created (I'd probably go with some kind of medicine for the disease, but I'm not sure exactly how to repair the connection... maybe remake it, maybe kill me/him off so the 'phoenix reset' could be invoked, maybe have it be the result of some sort of act on Sev's part...). I'm also wondering if it might be a good idea to do parts from Sev's perspective... though, I'm not sure right now what I'd do, but... Lastly, from Rider's plan, it seems that we're pretty much finished with Chapter One. Should we move on and make a new chapter, or clean up the Tabloid Shop first, and then do that? |

I say we end One here. That way we can have everyone go to bed exhausted after cleaning the shop in part two for the deaths/near deaths/ red herrings.
We've done everything that's supposed to happen in this chapter anyways, I think.

So, who's going to start the next chapter thread? They'll probably need to write a fairly long part. I'd be willing to do it, but I thought it would be better if I asked (and I wouldn't want to start it without knowing how far I should go...) |
