Wandy has a cape or a cloak usually, doesn't he? Would it possibly be red? ... I know, I'm just pulling suspicions out of thin air now.  I think I'm going to keep my clue to myself for just a bit longer, but if I don't get anywhere with it, I'll see what we get when we combine it with the others posted on this board. Well, I'm back. And I have a clue to share as well!
You use the I-Spy scroll. You're spying on Forum Events.
It's pretty dark in here. Stal's laying on the couch, possibly taking a nap. It's hard to tell. Two big, staring eyes watch him in the darkness. Freaked out, you end the spell.

Well, warning innocent civilians would be pointless, given that they've been warned away anyway for simple sanity reasons.
Of course, throwing random accusations is a proven method of solving disputes. I blame Ducky! Wha-? She's dead?? Uh... Well... I blame Crystal! There's always reason to blame her. ;D

The place of Nimras's demise.
It has, for the most part, been cleaned up. The cheese grater, slightly bloody, lies on its side, dejected and forgotten. Wandy comes in, picks it up. Slowly and carefully, he wipes it off with a wet cloth. The orange hairs that were in the cheese grater stick to the cloth. Wandy carries the now-clean cheese grater back out of the room.
That's a fairly... revealing clue. But it's so obvious... too obvious... >.>

He could just be collecting the hair in order to compare it to everyone's hair and see who it belonged to. In any case, the hair is potentially useful evidence, so it would be best not to leave it somewhere it could be lost or damaged (i.e. on the grater).
So perhaps Wandy is just collecting evidence for safe keeping. It might be a good idea to see if the other mods are aware of this.

Hmmmm... that does seem a bit too obvious, but maybe they purposefully made an obvious clue because then we would think it was too obvious and discard it!
I shall stick with my theory of Wandy/ Kyubi as the killer.
