Why am I not surprised that I've been suspected? Maybe I need to get my stealth powers fixed... or just solicit Sev's help.  My stealth powers! How else am I supposed to sneak treats out of the kitchen? ...I did not just say that... |

Two posts worth of advice is better than one. ^^ I think. But in that case, I'm fine with just watching for a while. Reading about NTWFers fighting for their lives in earthquakes and sinking ships and other catastrophes like that is hard work. Yep.
I like this mystery so far. n;D I wasn't around for last year's, and I didn't ever start that other one that was around Easter, so I'm gonna try to get into this one.

Because on the inside front cover was an ad that said, in big bold type that covered half the page, "Hu." Time Warner Co. has bestowed the answer to this mystery on me, and who am I to deny them? END OFF-TOPIC To start speculation, I think Scar has the scrolls. Hu can still be at fault somehow. |

.... Thanks Zylaa. Just a bit of critisism for the two parts that Rider and Ikkin wrote, I thought it was a bit too abrupt that you both "knew" that Ducky and Buddy died... I was disappointed in that Rider didnt like scream "BUDDDY! BUDDDY!" And just left it at 'Okay, they died. Boohoo.' But now are you going to make the questioning thread? .... And I WUVS THIS IDEA OF A MURDER MYSTERY BECAUSE ITS AWESOME WATCHING YOU MODS SLAVE OVER PARTS OR WRITE THEM ON THE FLY LIKE BUDDY. =D |

I don't think Buddy died... I think he's actually the murderer, and his "death" is all a part of his plan!
I mean, think about it... If them sailing into the iceberg was the murderer's fault... How could s/he know, that Buddy would think that 'w' was for 'wright', and therefore sail in the wrong direction towards the iceberg?
And, actually he himself killed Ducky. We all read that! While he was going down, his nails ripped the float ring causing it to deflate and let Ducky drown. HE DID THIS ON PURPOSE TOO!
As to how he would now survive after this, I am not quite sure, but he has a plan!

I think he knows who the murderer is! Or at least who murdered Bude and Duckey... Anyone know how to catch a phoenix?
In the meanwhile, who do we know who knows a lot about Hu!Phoenix Down? *She* would also fit the description of "Kitty". Also, how do we tie in the answer to that riddle in with all this? Assumeing of course that it wasn't just a random stone with code inscribed thereon...
