I can't remember exactly... though, I know I had a Pochitchi that lived quite a long time. No, I've never been able to get the secret chara on any of the Tamas xD Awesome, I never got a Pochitchi. XD;; I generally got Zukitchi, Kutchipatchi and Takotchi. Wait...isn't Kuchipatchi on P1 only? o-o;; Uhhh... I definitely remember getting him, as he was one of my favourites. >.> <.< Hmmm *scratches chin* Aww, that's too bad. XD I've never been able to get the secret characters, either. Zuchi was weird, he looked like an alien stickman. XD Haha xD I think I've only once or twice gotten a "bad" (bad health) character like Kuchipatchi and the other guys. xD I think Kuchipatchi's only on P1, and Zukkitchi and Takotchi are only on p2 o_o Maybe you have both? You can tell by the background, I think. I read on Tamenagerie that the P1s have a checkerboard background graphic and the P2s have a wavy background graphic. Haha, it's fine by me XD I've never liked the secret characters very much. They tend to look... weird xD

XD Kuchipatchi rocks. =D Yeah, you're correct. Kuchipatchi is on P1, while Zukkitchi and Takotchi are on P2. XD;; Ohh, the background. I hadn't thought of checking...I should've thought of that, too, since that's the easiest way you can tell what version a Digimon is... *checks* Wavy psychadelic backgrounds, they're both definitely P2s. XD;; The other thing that gives it away is the "Tamagotchi" writing on them, and their shell designs. The P1s usually didn't have "Tamagotchi" written on them, and they had solid colours and nothing too fancy. Weird...well, my memory isn't exactly the most solid. o.O Maybe the one I had was Hashizotchi and not Kuchipatchi. The strange thing is that I remember having Kuchipatchi and specifically NOT Hashizotchi. XDXD I dunno. I know I also confused Mametchi, Mimitchi and Masukutchi a lot. XD;; There was a time where I thought Mametchi was Masukutchi. XD The other weird thing is I remember getting Mametchi (he's on P1) quite a lot. Perhaps it was in fact, actually Mimitchi. (P2) See? my memory isn't reliable at all. XD but I was so young and ignorant, so that's my excuse. XD The secret characters are weird, especially Bill. XD When I first saw him I was like " "

Hahaha, that's possible xD A lot of the Tama characters look rather similar, too, so. Haha, yeah, Bill is bizarre-looking xD and the others are pretty fugly, too xD All the other tamas are ador, but the secret characters are a little... iffy xD

I'm always on the lookout for any kind of virtual pet when I'm digging through junk at yardsales or am browsing used-stores like Goodwill. If I see anything remotely like a virtual pet, I pounce. XD Unfortunately, my only success was my first Digimon find. There are some normal characters that are pretty slug pugly, too. Some of the newer characters, even. o_o Like that Tamagotchi with the one gigantic hand. O_o I drew Some of my favourites. Ignore the fact that I forgot to colour Masukutchi in blue. XD

XD Oh wow, you found a Digimon at a Good Will/yardsale? Awesome find. I've never been able to find old Tamas/v-pets at anywhere other than Ebay. I haven't gotten any new charas that are ugly yet, but you're right xD There are a few ones that look a little odd. Oh, cute drawing! I like how you drew Kuchipatchi. x3

So I got a We Are Familitchi (v5) today x3
It's pretty fun so far. It's interesting to have three pets in one and I think I'm going to have a lot of fun with it, however it's more high maintenance than other tamagotchis so far. It might just be that they're all babies right now, but one heart is decreasing about every minute which makes it a bit annoying, but hopefully it'll get a bit less needy later on.

I wasn't too impressed by the Familitchi, so I wont be getting one.
Though, I understand that the family works more like a single unit than seperate Tamagotchis...or at least that's what I've heard. Babies are always needy. ^^
I know they also cannot connect with older Tamagotchi Connection versions, which is a little disappointing. (but understandable) =(

What didn't you like about the Familitchi? Yeah, it's much better now that they're toddlers. More like a regular Tamagotchi. Yeah, it kinda sucks ): Makes me wish I had one more Familitchi... oh well. My only problem with it is that it feels more like a Tamagotchi knock-off than an actual Tamagotchi. The shell and screen aren't quite the same, some of the options are different, there's more hearts, not to mention the whole "family" thing. It's a little odd, but I'll get used to it.

Well, what you just said was what I'm not too keen on. It's not very much like a Tamagotchi at all. I like my Tamagotchi old school. ^_^

Oh sign me up. I used to have plenty of virtual pets. Tamagotchi Connection v1, Tomagotchi Connection v2, Gigpet, etc. Although my favorite was my Tamagotchi Connection v2. It was so cute and friendly. I'd play with them at school all the time. I'd have it paused until lunch time and then play with it througout lunch and pause it until after school. My best friend and I were always trying to breed our tamagotchis together but it never worked. Although when tamagotchi's had babies it was...odd.

They have to have the full set of smiley faces to be partners. (and the opposite gender XD;) Basically, you have to connect them a lot. o-o

Nah it didn't work so we just trained them till they were adults and let an NPC give them children. It was odd when they had babies though because the screen would fill up with planets and sars and then a baby would appear.

BUMP YOU GUYS.
If anyone on this forum has an old Digimon, Tamagotchi (or Furby) that they do not want, pleasepleaseplease let me have it? I'll even draw something for you in exchange if you would like. XD
eBay just isn't any good. Either the sellers place their lots for highway-robbery prices, or won't ship to Canada. DX

Me and my sister used to own a keychain virtual pet, but it wasn't Tamagotchi or Digimon or any of the more popular/well known ones, although I do know people who own the Digivices. Anyways, I don't know what happened to my sister's kvp, although I suspect it got lost or something similar, while mine was stolen (I bought it to school one day, which was a mistake on my part). It was something my mom bought while she was in China, if I remember correctly.
