But during Pride's fight with Roy, Selim shows up with the skull and Pride starts weakening. So Pride actually has a higher level of resistance when it comes to his remains than other Homunculi, or he just keeps his distance when looking at his remains...[/shadow] |

Maybe the safe was made of Lead or something  Since even superman can be near kryptonite when it's in a safe. In other news, I just finished reading, I think, the latest FMA Manga Chapter ^^ 64 I think. |

I just watched the movie. ... I don't know what to say. I don't even know if that's a good thing or a bad thing... Siiigh, I liked Roy much better before, with that overly confident, nonchalant attitude; now he just seems kind of... depressed. And depressing, too. And why does he not want to be an alchemist anymore?! (Oh, and Royai just went out the window  because from what i saw in the movie, Riza liked the 'OMG-I PWN-JOO-LOLZ-XD-now-go-make-me-some-coffee' Roy better than the 'sigh, i'm emo' Roy.... she was all happy to see him back to normal and stuff when he came back to central... hey, you think they'll let him be a general again...?) What's with the snow? o-0 that was the first time i saw it snow in Amnestris, I think. Well, the first time I saw it storm, anyway; I remember it was snowing when they were living with Tucker in Central once. And, what the heck?! Are you telling me Ed and Al will NEVER do alchemy again, and they're HAPPY about it?! As a movie, it's a good movie. But what happened to the characters wasn't what I was hoping would happen to the characters. Couldn't they have riggged up some sort of explosives device and sent that through the portal using Eckhart's ship, and then blown it (the portal in our world) up without having to send poor Ed along? Not to mention he's now permanently separated from Winry. If it wasn't enough that RoyAi died, EdWin is nonexistant now too?! The only FMA 'ships I support, both down the drain ;-; I'm starting to wish I hadn't watched the movie. Oh, and poor Envy, needless to say I can't fangirl him as a ginormous dragon >_> and it was mean of him to eat Hohenheim. And hmm, speaking of eating... Geez, okay, I realize Wrath still being around is serving no useful purpose, but they didn't have to feed him to Gluttony! Speaking of which, what's up with Gluttony anyway? he was just plain creepy 0-0 did he get mutated or something from trying to eat Dante? Sorry. I'm in a very whiny mood, I guess. Oddly enough, in the above spoiler box I didn't manage to think of anything I liked, although I'm sure there were some things... |

To put it simple. Not every ending, needs to be a happy one. But yeah, I get what your saying. I was thinking the same things with the explosions and such. If you think about it though, if Al was to go back through the gate to the Alchemy world, he would most likely forget the memories of being in Armor. Since he got them back when he came to the world beyond the gate. As for Roy, I think he was depressed that he wasn't able to save Ed and Al. After all he cared about them a lot and in the end Ed disappears and Al returns to his 10 year old body. So the whole thing where Havoc says that he isn't waiting for Riza, ment he was waiting for Ed. Of course, why Ed would ever go to where Roy is currently located, who knows And I can't remember, but I think they said he was in the North, and there is snow there. The Manga shows that. When Roy returns to Central to help out in the battle, he returns to his old self for the most part. After all he somehow knew Ed would be coming back, and wasn't at all surprised when he did see Ed. So Roy and Riza can still be together. The fact that Ed wanted to return to the other side of the gate to destroy the gate on that end, was most likely because he wanted to make sure it was destroyed. After all, there could have still been someone plotting to use it, and not blow it up. Winry, she excepted the fact that Ed was going to leave. I think most people were just glad to see that Ed was alive and ok, even if they weren't going to see him ever again. |

Those are some really good points, Draco - thank you, everything is much clearer now ^^ And, I know... I just like happy endings I guess Question... should you finish the anime before you watch the movie? Probably :3 it pretty much spoilerses the ending of the series completely, so if you haven't seen eppys 50 and 51 (because they're directly related to the plot of the movie) dunn watch the movie. |

Yeah, I remember the voice actor for Ed saying how much he loved the movie, because of the ending, and how things can be different than the normal endings. Edit: Oh yeah, about the last post I made with the spoiler. I was kind of hesitant on posting it, since the last time I posted a big post explain a number of things like that in another forum (it was about Dubbing, mainly Naruto >.>) I was than screamed at by someone, called a know it all, and the thread was instantly dead... Yeaaaah >.> Not my fault I think to much |

Yeah, pretty much threw characters that I liked in it, he was for FMA I was actually going to put the one of him waving at the end of episode 25, but since it's kind of foggy, it makes it look weird on the banner >.> |
