Not quite. Guilds will be part of a bigger overall system involving competition and such that will become apparant in time. Clubs are boards where you can chat with people with similar interests about that interest and have contests within the club. Since this isn't part of the guild system, it can fit as a club, even if it's based around personas. Like Stal said, it will make more sense when the Guilds come up.  [glow=hotpink,2,300]Okay, but it WOULD make a suitable guild as well? ^_^[/glow] An Evil Villains Guild could be a possibility, if there were enough people who wanted to join into it as one of their possible guilds. It wouldn't work the same as the club would, though. |

It appears to be a social club for us evil villians. I heard a rumor of plans to play shuffleboard on Thursdays and come out with a new dance-craze similar to the Macarena... Ah. Maybe I should start a club to actually discuss villains... Where one could have a Scar vs Darth Vadar discussion. ... In fact, I thought all the role-play type boards go on the guilds, not clubs, board. Well, roleplaying boards do typically go on the roleplaying board. But this isn't complete roleplaying, it's more club that roleplaying in my opinion. Members join if their NTWF personas are typically evil, and maybe eventually receive a badge to put in their signature to show that their apart of it. I know, it seems kind of pointless, but the key point of this is to talk about your evil forum persona and just be a member of it. We're not going to start roleplaying on this board following a plot line. Not yet, at least. If you want to make a club discussing evil villain characters, feel free to, or feel free if discuss it here if you'd like. It would fit as one, but it's not nearly large enough. The amount of Evil personas on this board are only enough to fill up a thread, not a whole sub-board. If it had a lot more supporters, then maybe yes, eventually, but it's only a few people right now. And just because a club is not a fanclub doesn't mean it doesn't belong here and should go to the guilds board. As long as it fits into the topic, there's no reason it doesn't belong here. |
