[glow=red,2,300]And in order to de-cook rice, wouldn't you just have to dry it out? *waterbends all the water out of the rice, Puppetmaster-style*[/glow] [shadow=purple,left,300]OMG. That episode was awesome. XD A little freaky, but awesome. Some mages just want to make things more complicated. XDDDDD[/shadow]

Well, people, it seems to me that it's high time to wrap things up, lest we get a lot of twiddling thumbs and talking about the weather during the last couple of pages, and this is still supposed to be a Guilds War n such. The way I see it, the only thing that's left to finish is the mercs escaping (well, that, or getting the rebellion contained, however it ends up), after that the happy couple can sail off into the sunrise, and that leaves room for any tying-up-loose-ends epilogues anyone would want to add.
Come on, let's not let this die before the finish line *cue pompoms and such*

Where is Fraze's Box anyway? If it's sitting in Zari's shuttle, the Mercs would be trying to climb out in front of Amneiger and his other two minitanks, which would annoy him.

That's correct, I left it in Zari's shuttle with you. I think Cyborg may have to alter his post somewhat to account for this.

*looks at Cyborg's changes* So what happens to the tentacles now that Midknight's gone? Do they disappear or do they stay?
Also, the other two minitanks in the shuttle should have opened fire right when Midknight started using the tentacles, so you may want to do something about that.

They stay until they are destroyed.
Another change,... I'll try to think of something when I get back from work. Sorry Midknight doesn't have precognition, he can't really go " Oh my Midknigt sense is tingling, those two tanks will attack me as soon as the tendrils appear." Though I have to admit that would be fun to write.

What I think he means (and correct me if I'm wrong, Amnei), is that the big jumps you made in your post made it impossible for anyone to respond. I can understand why you'd want to get out quickly since the RP is drawing to an end, but your method wasn't completely fair to the other RPers.

It strikes me that the Guild Wars was on the brink of dying until people decided to "end" it, and now it's stronger than ever with(at least in my mind) no signs of any end in sight.

[glow=red,2,300]The mercs have to escape due to linear plot. If they're tried, we're not gonna let them off with a slap on the wrist and a lecture. But there was some godmodage going on. Should we rewind, or should I add that to the list of charges on the mercs' heads and move on? EDIT: or does this fall under "element of surprise?"[/glow]

*glances over the talk about Cy's post*
Well, um... if I ever need to, you know, delete my post and make a new one or some such thing, just let me know. XDDDD; (Seriously, don't be, like, worrying about keeping the actions in my post intact or anything. I'm not gonna care if I have to get rid of it.)

This is exactly why I wanted to wait to post the escape, so it could be done where another forumer opened the door, but was nagged repeatedly by certain forumers *coughHuntyandRidercough* .

To me it looks like the exact opposite: most people simply don't have anything to do any more, considering that all active plotlines have pretty much come to an end and if we're to close the RP sometime soon, we can't really open up new ones any more. This is exactly why I wanted to wait to post the escape, so it could be done where another forumer opened the door, but was nagged repeatedly by certain forumers *coughHuntyandRidercough* . I never understood why you waited with the escape >__> Considering that it would've made a lot more sense in the darkness while everyone was distracted with the peace talks. And opening the hatch isn't that much of a problem - ol' Bond does these things all the time, and I assume that it's possible to open the hatch from the inside, otherwise what'd Fraze do if someone closed the hatch while he's in the box? The problem at this point is still the mercs escaping while giving nobody in Zari's shuttle a chance to try and stop them (but still finding time to say goodbyes and such. I could just have pinned Midknight against the deck with lotsa acidic bolts when he showed up to say goodbye to Cyborg xD).

GASP hack cough. Am I here in time? It didn't END yet? *breathes again* No Internet at all, kaput, for three weeks. Anyone like to clue me up a little?
Edit: Never mind, I've just read up.
