Yeah, but even with just a few people, or even two people, at least one person not posting can delay other people that are waiting for that one person to post. I'm off on the manor waiting for Kwoifei (sp?) to post and there really isn't anyone else around. I could just have Omni walk off, saying that Drakhé didn't respond of something, but I don't like to do that, it seems like partial godmoding. Also, shouldn't the Blarf be literally spazzing because of the kineticomp now? Precisely; the more people are waiting for one person's post, the more it delays the RP. With only one or two stuck waiting, the rest can still advance, but if half the RP is waiting, it slows things down an awful lot and creates pressure for the person who everyone's waiting for x'3 Not that I care much, I rather like the pace of this RP, I'm just a-saying that the less bottleneck effect, the better. And, um, I'll be able to answer that last bit as soon as someone explains what a kineticomp is >>; PFA, bear in mind that the captain won't like you blowing holes in her ship xD

And, um, I'll be able to answer that last bit as soon as someone explains what a kineticomp is >>; I think it's a remote-controlled computer that controls an entity's muscular movements via a neural uplink. I could be wrong, but anyways, the 'Fleeters are trying to control the Blarf with it.

I'm pretty sure it just makes you do something completely random, other than what you wanted, as Zari's post seems to suggest. (Oh yeah, and just a couple posts down from that one is another example of what they can make you do.)

Why's everyone always hellbent on messing around with our pet? x'D He's practically the most harmless thing in the RP, not to mention you wouldn't need a kineticomp to push him around. Admittely, now that he got a clear command, he's not as easily persuaded as usually. Well, I can only respond with him if I get a clear picture of how a kineticomp works. As in, what it's expected to do and how it's supposed to do that. (Spacefleet RP links would be nice, yes ^^ I like my research before posting.)

Yes, but that don't know that. I mean, the marines shot it pretty much because it looked scary and walked toward him, who's he say the mass gem-armies won't attack it for doing backward-somersaults, probably accidentally squishing people in the process. And I posted links in the two posts I made before this one. Though here's a direct link to one of the posts mentioned, just in case.

I don't usually read RPs all the way through when I join, so that I, and by association my characters, don't know more than my characters should.

PFA, bear in mind that the captain won't like you blowing holes in her ship xD Well, how else was I supposed to get out? XDDD I suppose I could've waited for a pirate to come get me, but this means less waiting around. :3 And maybe more chaos. And we like chaos.

You do realize that using my blarf to fight the gem-army is gonna make Hunty go blind with rage and quarter each and every Fleeter on the planet, right? ...hey, that's a good thing :3 As far as the war-aspect is concerned. Good thinking. *sidles off to post* EDIT: PFA, that just means more bills sent the Dojo's way xP

EDIT: PFA, that just means more bills sent the Dojo's way xP I sense a financial war coming shortly after this war ends. XDDDD "It was your ninja that attacked my ship!" "Oh, and how many times have ninja attacked your ship and not payed for it?" *fighting ensues* Now that there would be one interesting roleplay.

As a result, the kraken suddenly discovered that his brain was distracted twice. In other words, while his brain told the right front paw to step here, the rum made it step there and the kineticomp's signals, which interfered before there could happen, made it actually land elsewhere. *giggle*

*pokes head in* Me has bad habit of procrastinating, even on RPs. Me should try to fix that! Oh, and me did picture of Drakhé's true form long ago. This be at true form's full size, and in ghosty form. kwoiffei.deviantart.com/art/Ectros-Serpentine-78183993For reference, try to think of Drakhé as being, oh, one quarter of that size right now.

When I first followed that link, I had an undeniable sense of déja vu. So I double checked, and that picture is also linked to on Drakhé's GW2 profile. As I was rereading Drakhé's profile to refresh my memory, I had a mental image of Ectros Serpentine and the Blarf in a Godzilla-movie-esque epic struggle in the middle of the battlefield as Gem'd Folks flee in terror.

When I read the description of the serpent, I confess the first thing I thought off was a little black grass-snake of some kind with googly eyes on stalks. xD; It rather broke the mood.

A kineticomp makes you flail in all directions except the one you want to go in. Often results in choas, carnage, and back pains. This is done by scrambling nerve signals. Cost alot of money and time (and the dignity of one of the clones, usually Senali)
