Um, Celestial? I thought you said something about shiny objects? Because Spacefleet HQ's post had this in it: The hole in the right drone's stomach widened, and a cluster of about five metal spiders jumped out of it. The spiders were silver with glowing red eyes, and their legs were very thick to support the weight of the explosives inside their bodies. The little buggers giggled as they sprinted across the floor in a zig-zag pattern, heading towards the lift where Celestial was standing. And silver is shiny, so ... yeah. Actually, I didn't think of the spiderbombs being shiney when I described them... but you do make a good point. :3 Maybe their silvery texture can only have a slight effect on the dragons, and when the flash drones explode, they scatter dozens of extremely shiney components across the room. After that, the officers would catch on and start revealing more shinies.

Just a quick note: I'll be spending all day tomorrow with my family to celebrate Easter, so I probably won't have a chance to post anything then.
Bacon - If Zari's shuttle happens to land before I make another Leoness post, you can assume that Leoness healed your injuries. ^_^

Zari's shuttle won't be landing for a while, since Zari is preoccupied trying to fix the hole Doodyduty made in the shuttles ceiling and, probably, once I post again, jaw dropping at the ridiculous question "Do you have any weapons on you?"
Dahlings, for future reference, Zari has about 3 weapons in plain sight (Stave, a knife, and that ankh pendant has a sharp edge.) and a whole lot of others hidden on her belt, up her sleeve, and disquised as shiny decorative objects.

Simply because I find this relevant... (Omni, I hope you don't mind. ~_^)
Actually, time isn't moving oddly at all. Looking at things as if it's a movie, in which scenes of mundane, does-not-matter content are skipped, the roleplay is, in fact, moving quite normally. The progression of time may seem skewed due to the order of posts and the length thereof, but if taken objectively, calculated for time allotment, and ordered regularly, time seems unaffected by the gem.
Space, now, that's another thing altogether. >.>

I've noticed another gem side-effect nobody else has seemed to have pointed out: intermittent radio use. Just before Marzia stole the dropship, Deri tried to contact HQ but couldn't. After Bacon took off, though, ship-to-ship radios seemed to work just fine. A little more recently, Zari contacted HQ and immediately after Amneiger can't get Fraze on the radio.
And, no, Wolf, time has been affected. In-character, Amneiger complained about Ethan and Zari being gone for hours, when it had been only a few minutes for them.
I just noticed that all my examples are purely Spacefleet. I wonder if the gem affects them more, possibly due to possessing their leader.

*terror* *sheer, unadulterated terror* (Psst, Shiva's full-demon, not half-demon. The kids would be half-demon. And did I mention I'm terrified? XD) Shiva: A warlike carnivorous demon-horse who Rider rescued fromt he Demon Worlds. Eats cats, foxes, weasels, otters, stoats, ferrets, and tries to eat some forumers. Has a snarky attitude. Sora: An innocent mare who fell in love with Sora for some God-unknown reason. Babies: Terrifying. (Wolf, you used babies in the plural. Normally horses only have one at a time. Are there twins, 'cause that's rare. Or is there just one?) XDDDDDDD Rider, I love you. (Remember what you told me last time with Shino? I lost my copy...do you still have that? Anyways.) Rather, my horse loves your horse. XD I'll leave my post as it was (no sense editting it now), but I'll keep that in mind later. Haven't really decided how many babies she'll have yet. Yes, babies, in the plural. Really, Rider, they're half-demon, this is a roleplay, and they gave her wings, for godmoders' sake. Would it really be that odd for her to have two or three...or four or five or six hundred? I've noticed another gem side-effect nobody else has seemed to have pointed out: intermittent radio use. I wonder if the gem affects them more, possibly due to possessing their leader. Recall what I said about space being affected, but time not being affected? This falls under that rationale. You see, radio waves, although loosely so, can fall under the classification matter as, if put in a vacuum, some waves would cease to exist (those not being electromagnetic, at least, which, although not matter, affect matter, which is space, not time). Ergo, radio communication is destroyed. I happen to attribute this to the storm, which could easily generate unnatural magnetic fields in the atmosphere and lower than that that could (a) hinder electronic and radio communication, (b) upset Amneiger's time apparati, and (c) cause Vyt to temporarily become a superconductor lightning rod, allowing him to channel energy outside of his body. Case in point? The gem affects space, not time. ~_^

Bacon, you didn't really specify where Kyve was aiming his strike, so I improvised a little. Hope you don't mind. ^^;;

That would make sense since machines usually have precious metals as part of their components *prospects for gold in my old PC XD* but make sure the officers show Celestial shinies made of precious metals for the reason I have already stated. Iron, aluminum and titanuim, while I love them all, won't have much effect.

((Y'all know where))Jernath frowned. His arrows were completely ignored by missed the red-cape pirate, [glow=red,2,300]*a week later* WHY DO I KEEP DOING THIS? XDDDD I'll start keeping track of the amount of arrows I ignore. Now, to catch up with a week's worth of GW... EDIT: six hundred demon babies? You'd put Sora through that? XDDD Love you too, Wolf.[/glow]

Would it really be that odd for her to have two or three...or four or five or six hundred? *ears perk* Did I ever mention that horses are my other big very-devoted-specialty next to ships? :] 'nyway, since Sora is a real horse, there's a limit to what demonic energy/magic/whatsit can do to her body. Horse bodies simply aren't made to supply more than one foal. She could have six hundred little demonhorselings (yay, Van Helsing moment) but she'd probably die as a result. Wings are easy, that's just building extra bones and rearranging some muscles, but gestation means sharing your nutrients and air with another creature(s) inside you. Would you like to share your nutrients and air with six hundred little babies in your stomach? >> ...unless the babies exist in two alternate realities at once until born, in which case, do carry on ^___^ though we got dibs on raising the horselings and creating an invincible army.

Thing is, I believe Strife mentioned the storm being over, so it shouldn't affect Amneiger or Fraze's radios. Also, does the Gem affect space, or Space fleet? Hmm... >_>

…her voice, usually pleasant, had a frustrated note to it and the smoke she was giving off was making the air rather nasty to breathe. As if it wasn't already. >_>;If I recall correctly, the scent comes from sulfur. {Oh, stop whining.}
