Hmm. You know, it almost looks like they were trying to draw a pet that looked transparent against a grey or black background, as opposed to a white one... I'm sure they wouldn't think something like THAT looked good against white as a "transparent" jelly, unless it's dung or something. Hey, isn't the default background for customizing your pet sort of grayish? Think of it this way: if you took a normal orange-jelly-transparent Koi and held it up against a piece of paper the same color as, say, the NTWF default skin's post background, it would look sort of like this, wouldn't it? Transparent orange against gray?
It's just that I can't believe TNT would look at this and think it looked transparentish unless they were going for something like what I described above. Otherwise... ew o_0

I don't think it's jelly... it's the first color for the swamp paint brush. Well, just for your information, I have 3 jelly neopets. Jelly_krisseh Whophhie Wadleri and I'm trying to get a jelly koi next. And none of us will reprimand you for that. Just because the majority of us think it looks disgusting doesn't mean that others can't have their own opinions. =)

At least it doesn't have orange spots.
I think it's the dark background... And the contrast is off. It's too dark...
