Gnorbu!

I don't like the name or the pet except for...the baby! *insert shocks of horror here*

No, really, I've always had a thing for naked mole rats. XDD If we're ever allowed a fifth pet, I'd so want to get a...Groubra or Llamalafhefd or whatever they're called and paint him baby. XD And then he shall be my wittle nude snuffikins!

I like it better than Krawks, Tonus, Yurbles, Ogrins, and maybe one or two more that I'm forgetting. The cloud and rainbow ones are cool. I'd never own one, though.

And what's with all these pet releases?! Only last week we got the Ogrin, three weeks before that there was the Xweetok. The gap before that was 6 months.

Eh, they did something similar with the Bori/Yurble/Ruki trio of releases. Then Hissi was sort of released by itself, kinda. And before Bori, the Draik and Ixi were released together.


... I think the Poogle and Kacheek are closer related to each other than the Gnorbu and Tonu, so I don't see what the problem is. As far as a year's worth of new pets go, I like the Bori, Gnorbu, and Hissi. All the others are okay.

I hate the Gnorbu! It's hideous. The old was was way better. And why call it Gnorbu? Lllamaleeah was a great and interesting name. Gnorbu is just bleh!

But the baby/naked mole rat version is awesome. I would love to get that. ;D

Although I wish they would have come up with a better name than Gnorbu, I'm okay with the newer version. I mean, it's not too different from the original design, besides the fact that it has a mane now.

I don't know why, but I love the baby Gnorbu. Finally, Neopets comes up with an ugly baby! n:D

I much prefer the un-makeover'd version, but I can see the new one's kind of floppy-eared, maned, lolling-tongued appeal. The eyes bother me... but it's still kind of cute in some poses. ^^

The Lamameeah or whatever the heck it was called also looked blended in with the casual drawing style of Neopets before, hence, the Gnorbu has taken on Neopets latest art style, with the artistic lines of drawing and such. It looks as though the Lamameeah may have been designed earlier, since it looks like the old poses of the pets (e.g. earlier Lupes, earlier Eyries, Shoyrus...)[/glow]

The Cloud llama-eh, Gnorbu looks like a poodle. But I like it ^^ It's creative. The sad pose of the baby gnorbu is hilarious... and everything else is just bleh. I don't mind that pet but it's nothing I'd want to adopt myself. *firm nod* All those pet releases are going to make it very hard for everyone who submit stuff for pet days...

Gnorbu? *tries to get used to that name* How on earth did they come up with that? The name itself is okay but I'd love to know how they made that up. I'd think of a pet with fangs and claws when I see that name.

I like the Llamameeah better, but that's probably because I preferred the old-style, subtly-lined Neopets over the more popular, bolded style they have now. They had said I think that all the April Fool's Day Pets were various designs that just hadn't made the cut over the years.
