I remember you using it once. XDD It is funny, in a good way of course. ^_^ That's what she (and I) like so much about it.  There are a few I haven't really got much of a chance to use, like any of my 'crying' ones, or my 'good luck one'.  Then there are still one's I've yet to make. It's good that you don't have to use any of your crying ones yet, that must mean that life is treating you well enough. ^_^ As for the good luck ones...they will come to you. Well, I can't think of any out of the top of my head, but if you find a smiley that looks similar to what you want, I'd suggest taking it and modifying it. (I used one of Ikkin's Jeran emotes as a base for my Omni ones) Secondly, use a program that uses pixel-by-pixel art, like Graphic Converter, or MS paint. I would not recommend Photoshop. Third, zoom in to about 500% or 1000% so you can see what you're doing. Fourth, use the pencil tool. Fifth, use gifs, and make a color table with the colors you'll be commonly using (assuming your graphic program does that… I'm fairly certain that most do). Sixth, don't forget transparency! After that, I'd just recommend editing an old one for each new one you make, and zooming out so you can see what it would look like at normal size, every now and then.  ^_^;; I know this sounds like a silly question but how do you do transparency? …I think it varies between programs. The one I'm using (Graphic Converter) was the 'magic/selector wand' with a 'T' next to it, though I think there's also a 'choose transparent color' option in the menu somewhere. In Photoshop you just leave the area you want transparent blank. There's probably an option on the toolbar, see if one of those works. |
