A lasagna casserole, actually. <.< It was quite tasty. *huggleglomps Spot* *never had lasagna... or casserole* I am suddenly hungry. ...and very annoyed with my mom's obsession with "low-carb everything!" I need more carbohydrates because I do much more physical labor than either of my parents, but my mom discourages fixing high-carb meals because it's too much of a temptation for my dad and her. =P

A lasagna casserole, actually. <.< It was quite tasty. *huggleglomps Spot* *never had lasagna... or casserole* ...er. Okay. Here's the recipe I made this from: 1 cup spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup cottage cheese 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1-1/2 cups cooked wide noodles 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Warm spaghetti sauce; stir in cottage cheese and mozzarella. Fold in the noodles 1. Pour into two greased 2-cup casseroles 2. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 2 servings. 1: I just stirred the noodles in after everything else was mixed together 2: A kind of cooking/serving dishI also added a touch of oregano to the spaghetti sauce and ate with garlic bread and salad...
