I mean, I didn't really care about other people's opinions. I'd go into a thread and be like:

"omg that's soooo stupid :P Whoever did that is so dumb. :P :P"

and someone (most likely a mod) would come around and say something to me, and I'd be like,

"I don't care, its my opinion lol :P"


It's so weird to look back at all of the old threads. Everyone used Lol. XDDD That's like..unheard of now.

Actually, XD is practically the substitution of lol now.

I don't think I've ever used lol outside of my joke-posts and IM. XD

Apparently, I cannot make a post without attaching some sort of emoticon to it. >.> (With the exception of RP posts, of course.)

Same. I use at least like...two smilies per three sentences I write. XD Kind of sad, once you think about it.

But smilies are wonderful things. You can know if someone's joking or not. And then you don't have to beat their face in if they said something stupid. =D

My friend hates it when I use "lol." To make it more tolerable for her, I pointed out that it looks like a person drowning in quicksand.

The idea of anything beyond college scares me. XD I think after I finish college I should turn back time and become ten again.
