Once when I was a kid, we used to catch grasshoppers. Then I picked one up by its hind legs. And it tried to jump away. And well. It kinda left its legs behind. Never picked up a grasshopper after that. Poor grasshopper. And you could still try to pick it up by its torso. Probably could have, but didn't. 'sides, I don't think he'd appreciate it much. |
