Oh. Stal. Do you know how to use your choice of music (i.e. music that was downloaded onto your phone from your PC/Mac) as a ringtone? First, the files usually need to be edited down (I recommend using the freeware program Audacity). They can't be too long, elsewise the phone usually tells you it's too long to use the file. Are you looking for a default ringtone for the phone or custom ringtones associated with people? I'm looking for a default ringtone, mainly 'cause I'm too lazy to look through my contacts to give people custom ones. (Though knowing how to do both would be awesome.) About how long does the average phone allow for ringtones, do you know?

…Didn't you give me this for free? How would it cost extra? Well, I gave you the original lemonade for free... but it'll cost you for me to add the spicy stuff. I have to run a vaguely-profitable business here, ya know. XD Actually, it's late here. I'll have that spiced-lemon-drink-thing some other time. Anybody want a glass of lemonade with a strawberry in it?

Because you missed us so much...? :D XD I don't think that was it, but I do enjoy being here. I know I wanted to refresh my memory on some things that had happened in the previous books of the series I'm reading... I give up. *can't read your mind* XD

About how long does the average phone allow for ringtones, do you know? I can't say for sure. I've had some ringtones that never reach the end, and others that start to repeat, but I can't remember how long the no-end ones have been. You could probably do a minute clip and be fine. I couldn't tell you on your phone, not knowing the specifics, but in general there's a couple methods. One is finding the clip (and it needs to be on the phone memory itself, not any removable storage), and hitting an options button and something like "use as ringtone" Another would be to get into your phone settings and look into the different profiles. You can get in and edit it them, changing the default ringtone and such...

I downloaded all my music to the removable storage device... that's probably it? XD

I know my phone lets me keep it on the micro-sd, but anytime I take it out, it'll reset the tone, so I just move them over to the main phone. My default ringtone is the ringtone the CTU uses in 24. XD

"I killed a man, with THIS thumb."

But the story about my killing a man with economics is partially true. I caused him to have a meltdown the likes of which few have seen. The kind of meltdown that involves writing weird e-mails confessing his undying love to my best friend's girlfriend.

But then, I have a 4GB iPod Nano, so it's music playing capabilities aren't a huge thing.
