Hey dead Bloids. I'm frigging exhausted. I've had a hugely busy weekend. Yesterday, we had a Bat Mitzvah (Jewish event). I'm normally not a huge-party person, but I had a lot of fun. My brother's friend and I beat out all the girl's sixth- or seventh-grade friends in a game that cracked our families up too much for their own good (it was basically running back and forth across a huge dance floor, then doing a certain dance style when the DJ said to-- we were waltzing, tangoing, etc. Add into the fact I've known the guy I was doing this with since I was born, and evidently it was hilarious. Yeah, but if you got there last when running back and forth, you got eliminated. We won! It was only a $2 gift certificate for ice cream, but hey, I'll take it ). Incredibly grainy video taken on my brother's cell phone; we're the leaping couple to the left, who get very near the camera. We were supposed to be doing the waltz, I was more doing swan lake.So then we get home at about 12:40 (in the morning-- not pm xD), I took a shower so I wouldn't have to take one today... then my cat was howling outside my door, my allergies wouldn't let me breathe, and I was up at eight to volunteer at an all day event. I was on my feet for about 6 hours at the event, possibly more. First, I cut bread (about five baskets worth, then slices to cover the table-- and this was a big table!). Miraculously, I did not slice off my fingers. Then I walked around for three-ish hours selling raffle tickets. You don't even want to know how many times today I've said "Hi! Are you interested in buying a raffle ticket to win a getaway to the Four Seasons Hotel? They're $10 each, or $50 for six." (Cue questions of: "Do you take checks?", "Do I have to be here to win?", "Do I have to write my address?", and "... but how much are they?"). I got to keep the apron, though. It's pretty.  Also, it was for a good cause, so I'm happy. xD But my feet are killing me. ;_; Also, it was raining out, and my jeans got wet, and they won't dry. D: Plus, all I ate at the thing were a couple slices of bread. So... starving. ;_____; |

In other words "A-levels". A tough one at that... A very tough one which I'm at the verge of giving up last minute =( |
