This'll sound INCREDIBLY lame but just sit down near a wall, and pretend theres a dumbwaiter in the wall with a keypad that lets you choose food, that helped me, and then you add awesome features to it like a chair that pops out, and then a table, and... a ice chest for icecream after you 'eat'. XD I made it up when I was little and sick with stomach flu( on thanksgiving of all days, so I had myself an imaginary massage chair, and an imaginary turkey!)
