I can see it's quite obvious who Perriwinkle is. I'm surprised none of you have figured it out. Clearly, he is Chet Flash's brother.  |

Pretty major, yeah, and right at the end of rush hour. Totals of vehicles involved has been hypothesized up to fifty. It didn't all collapse into the river, but bits of it did and other bits collapsed onto land, and then there are parts that are just slanted down and stuff. *is kind of in shock* |
