Well... *looks* 1296 by 1172 pixels. I think that's the answer you want. I'm new to this whole drawing on the computer. That would be what I was interested in. ^^ ...it would also be your problem. ^^; You should probably shrink the image, then save it as a JPG again and try to maximize your quality while staying under 50 KB. If it's like Photoshop Elements, there's a slider under the picture that lets you adjust the image quality, so use that. ^^

Try adjusting the quality of the picture itself in a art program Is photoshop not an art program? I have Illustrator and paint too... Well... *looks* 1296 by 1172 pixels. I think that's the answer you want. I'm new to this whole drawing on the computer. KB is the same as K? That would be good, but I still need it smaller. Anytime you see something with K, think 1000. So in terms of file sizes, the only sizes you need to worry about are: KB/K (Kilobytes, 1024 bytes) MB/M (Megabytes, 1024 KB) GB/G (Gigabytes, 1024 MB) TB/T (Terabytes, 1024 GB--you won't be worrying about this size for quite some time now) And each letter you type is basically the size of 1 byte.

It'll keep the same quality, just reduce the file size by a percentage based on what you've asked for.

MSPaint does a decent job of round-ish percentages, like 25%, 50%, 75%, but it can make things a bit pixelly, too. Photoshop does a better job resizing, IMO.

I changed the dimensions to about 300x300 because that was what was recommended. I could get the quality almost to the top quality and have it be 45k. Thanks Ikkin! And TK and Stal

It's a pretty good camera, I think. Not super high quality, but for all I plan on using it for (pictures when and where I want, possibility of video), I like it. Especially since I plan on starting up a business on campus of selling things for people on eBay.
