Unrepliable is a great word. I like my word- schmalistrophe. It's kind of a concept, really. It means "doing something crazy just to prove you can do it". The adjective form is schmalistrophic. If it means doing something, then it must be a verb. Unless you are describing an act itself "a schmalistrophe." *Conjugates* I schmalistrophe, you schmalistrophe, he/she/it schmalistrophes... Well, it definitely works better as an adjective. "Climbing up a flag pole in a lightning storm?! That's schmalistrophic!" For a noun "What a schmalistrophe, climbing up a flag pole in a lightning storm" So I guess schmalistophe is like the word "catastrophe" in when you would use it? |
