...do you know how to use Multiply layers? No ^_^ It's a good thing to learn- it helps a lot if you're coloring something that's been scanned. ^_^ You create a new layer in Photoshop under the one you're currently working on, then set the layer with the lineart to Multiply (it's in that pulldown that normally says normal). What it does is burn whatever's dark on that layer onto the layers below relative to its darkness rather than simply place the lights and darks over the top of it. So, you don't have to worry about ruining the lineart. You wouldn't be able to use the flood fill to color the picture anymore, but pencil lineart usually looks better not-floodfilled anyway. ^_^

Did you know that Christopher Columbus should be stabbed voilently? *snog* <3 Why stab the guy, when you can point and laugh at him, for proving how lost he really was, by landing in the Carribean, calling the locals "Indians," and naming his new colony "San Salvador," (El Salvador capital). Well I'd rather stab him because he was not only stupid but REAL MEAN AND SELFISH.

Just create the new layer, then drag it under it in the layer window-thingy. If it's the background, you'll have to right-click and duplicate the background, then drag that layer over the new layer. ^_^ And, did you know that the WOMBATS are in?
