Well, as much as I hate to do this as it will take forever...
here's what the magazine states.

In the grand tradition of The Hunt for the Crown and Neopet Version 2, Neopians will be scouring the world for clues, looking for the hidden answer!
Mora sat in front of the Island Mystic; her eyes glued to the venshi cards in his hand.
"You wish to know your future?" the Island Mystic asked.
Mora nodded quickly. "Yes," she said.
"You know the price." The Mystic shuffled the cards, watching her pull three codestones from her purse. He took the stones and flipped the first card.
"The Volcano," he said, looking at Mora solemnly. "The card of disaster and courage. Only the brave will survive."
The Mystic saw Mora's eyes widen as she looked at the card. He quickly shuffled it back into the deck.
"Never mind,"

...covers and look...and when she did, she saw the room was empty.
Empty except one thing... the Volcano card lying on the floor... torn in half. She looked up and out the window, and there saw the Mystery Island Volcano -- dormant for hundreds of years. She blinked to make sure her eyes weren't fooling her. No, they weren't.
Smoke was rising from the cone of the Volcano...

The Game
Like The Hunt for the Crown and Neopet Version 2, players will scour the website to solve a series of puzzles. Clues will be hidden everywhere and require some very clever solutions. Previous games had the players scouring through the site's source code, manipulating images, and solving sophisticated logic puzzles to find the answer.

The Prizes
Players who solve this puzzle will be rewarded well for their work. Winners will take away ancient artifacts, trophies, cool Battledome weapons, and 30 million Neopoints!
The Clue
The first clue is the Volcano card. This is your starting point. See the symbol at the bottom of the card? That's a rune for the ancient language of Mystery Island. Do you recognise it? Have you checked your Har Codestones lately? This rune represents the sound "r." We can say no more. Study the card. It will lead you to where you need to go. Good luck!
