Isn't this... whatsitcalled... favouritism or something? I mean, unless it is stated that the official submission address is now Felicia@Neopets.com many eager young writers who aren't members of this forum will send their stuff to neopiantimes@neopets.com and risk being ignored. That really doesn't sound too fair to me. It's like you having to be part of this very forum if you want to have a reasonable chance to get into the Times. If this goes too far, you might have to change the name of the paper to the Neopian Times Writers Forum Times. OK, I'm exaggerating. Just trying to make a point, though. WA |

But hereby it is implied that not all submissions to the "regular" address will be read. So, even though sending it to Felicia personally does not mean you'll automatically get published, but do you have a greater chance of being published because the submission will surely get read at the very least. WA |

I agree with WotanAnubis--no one should be favored over other submitters. I'm still sending my submissions to the real address, whether they get looked at or not.
