I've always wondered how they got the caramel in the middle of the Caramilk. I think they just put chocolate in little molds, fill them with caramel and put a layer of chocolate on top, thus creating a delicous chocolate-caramel treat. What are your theories?

Nope nope no...all wrong. *pats head sympathetically* First, they milk the Caramel cows (Because that's where caramel comes from) then they milk the Chocolate cows. Then they mix the caramel and chocolate together in a giant vat and seperate them into individual bars using Leprechaun magic...then they send them down a conveyor belt where the purple fuzzy panda-wis (a cross between a Panda Bear an a kiwi) use their magic to change the chocolate bars back brown (because leprechaun magic turns chocolate green).

Ebay is officially lame. Not one person selling a cow? Pfft! Remember when someone sold one million Neopoints on Ebay? XD

I think that they leave it open a bit, and then one of their machines put it in there, and then the machines put the rest of the chocolate on so the caramel doesn't escape! Or something like that... I think they once had it on Unwrapped. It's a cool show on Food Network that shows you how to make stuff and also has some cool info on chocolate factories and things.

OK... moving away from the caramel cows... lets look at it logically.
Chocolate must be tempered. Heated to a certain degree in which you can work on it. Basically, you fit it in the mold, let it harden, fill with caramel, top it off and seal, and then, melt it with the heat of about your hand, just enough to close the seams.
Rather simple, but, the caramel cows theory works, though unorthodox, or as some would put it, crazy.

I love Unwrapped. I haven't seen that episode, though. Well, that wasn't exactly what was on the episode. I vaguely remember it. I haven't watched Unwrapped in sooooo long ;_; Good Eats is another funny/good food TV show. Iron Chef is good too. Heck, I like most all Food Network shows! *Likes food...A LOT*

I agree with Dox's theory. Only one thing though, you missed a step; after they mix the caramel and chocolate in a giant vat, they have to use giant magical-electrical fans to make sure that the caramel is trapped inside the chocolate. *Nods*
Suddenly I'm craving caramel ;_;
