I was replying to a PM which was sent to me and when I was finished it said that I had 0 new messages at the top. I had like 4 or 5 before and they just got deleted! I went back and there was no sign of them. Is there a reason for this? Or was it just a bug that deleted my old PM's?

It's most likely yet another bug.
