How do you change the size of an image so that let's say you draw a picture on MS Paint, and it has to be less than 6kb, it doesn't show the whole bitmap (the whole white area around the picture).
Once I have that done though, the picture I drew is big. How do I make it smaller?

Once I have that done though, the picture I drew is big. How do I make it smaller? On the bottom right hand corner of the bitmap, there are little blue squares. Click on the squares and drag them until the white is gone. But making smaller is different. It's possible but the picture gets all warped.

Yes, I'd like to know how to make it smaller. Erm...there's a...how to explain it...well, on the top right hand of the toolbar there's a dotted square. Click on that. Then, click and drag it around the entire picture. Once you do that (if the picture isn't too big for the square to fit) then you use little blue squares on the edge of that. Drag it in to make it smaller. You'll lose detail and the lines will break, which means you'll probably have to do a little mending.
