Heros of Middlecenter is a funny, and very safe for work (except for the month of April) webcomic that I've enjoyed for a long time. Stormy, one of the artists, is also an artist for Neopets. Shortpacked is much more adult, telling the story of retail though the trials of a toystore's employees and their bosses plans of world domination. Order of the Stick I think has already been mentioned, but it's worth a second mention anyways. *grin* 'Cause I'm a D&D player, and I like stuff like that. Lost but certainly not by any means least is Digger. You can only read the first 285 before it becomes subscription only (hey, she does do this for a living) but you can also buy them in an actual, made out of real paper book from Sofa Wolf press. Ursula says that volume 3 is supposed to come out this summer.

Webcomics I read that have already been listed: Scary Go Round, Questionable Content, OotS, Dr McNinja, MegaTokyo, DMFA, El Goonish Shive, Inverloch, um... yeah. Webcomics that have NOT been listed: modernlove.comicgenesis.com/ Modern Love. Updated daily with a little greyscale cartoonish thing. Sort of like sketches. Some are random and some are in series. Some mature content (swearing mostly, I think). yume.comicgen.com/ YU+ME. Updated Mon/Wed/Fri. Two girls fall for each other. Again, some 'mature' content. somethinghappens.net/ Something Happens. Updated Wed. From the site: Something Happens" is a weekly comic emphasizing surreal sketch humor, as if 'The Far Side' were filtered through 'Monty Python.' www.gunnerkrigg.com/index2.php Gunnerkrigg Court. Updated Mon/Wed/Fri. Kind of a fantasy and a science fiction story at the same time. Really lovely. www.applegeeks.com/index.php Apple Geeks. Updated Monday and Thursday. About Hawk and Ananth, two Apple geeks. Definitely not a webcomic for younger readers, but it's pretty good, especially if you like Macs. www.ninjaverses.com/ Ninja Verses. Updated... Monday, I think. Drawn in stick figure style. Regular Ninja kicks his way through a host of enemies, one a week. Very punny. "Regular Ninja vs. Orthodontic Appliance Ninja: Regular Ninja: Brace yourself! Orthodontic, etc. ninja: I brought legal counsel. Little ninja in the corner carrying a briefcase: I am on retainer." www.kiwisbybeat.com/minus.html Minus. Updates Thursdays as far as I can tell. Fantasy scenarios, little kids. Cute. The art almost looks like she uses watercolors to do it. directionsofdestiny.com/ Directions of Destiny. On hiatus until August. A highschool that teaches weaponry, summoning, technology, and elemental magic is being manipulated, maybe, by the new deputy headmaster. (I think. It's been on hiatus for a while.)

Faux Pas - involves two foxes and the animals on the farm where they live. Very fun. ^^ Ozy and Millie - Calvin-and-Hobbes-esque comic strip about two young foxes, Ozy and Millie. Catharsis - a comic about a girl and her pet dragon, a squirrel, a ninja kitten, dust bunnies, and... yeah. Although the artist also uses it as a place to post her art and photography that isn't related to the comic. Girl Genius - already been mentioned. Order of the Stick - yeah, others have mentioned this one already. Lang Lang - adorable furry comic about three triplet catgirls, but recently it's sort of... died. No updates since February, sadly. Earthsong - fantasy comic involving a girl who wakes up in a strange world with no memories. Inverloch - already been mentioned, but so goood~ DMFA - a furry comic, very awesome. Blackbird - which was already mentioned by Frozen. I also used to read Alien Dice, but... I haven't for a very long time now. ^__^ I phail at summarizing.

I was hoping to find other comics to read...so far, I've started on Inverloch and I'm mostly done with Order of the Stick. Thank you all, and keep 'em coming!

Awkward Zombie - A series of video game comics by Katie Tiedrich (usually Nintendo-themed). Pretty awesome stuff and she's only 15 years old. She also posts the comics on her DA page

Seriously, no-one has mentioned Scandal Sheet? The art's not brilliant, but the storylines are very entertaining. A young man named Foster starts work at the nation's silliest tabloid newspaper, only to find out that things are WAY different from what he expected. The only problem is the NSFW content in the first few storylines, as Foster briefly tries working for an adult video company before getting the sack , but you can just as easily start reading from somewhere in the middle. (Mods, if this is super-inappropriate, let me know and I'll take it down.) Help Desk is a cynical, yet very amusing comic about the misadventures that take place in the offices of a truly evil and malicious computer company, and the lengths the employees go to in order to avoid actually having to admit that they're wrong/ give money back to any customer, no matter what the circumstances/ answer to the United States government. Some cartoony drunkenness and villainy. Also includes a character named Binky, whose capacity to annoy others I seem to be the only person in the world NOT to be able to understand. I mean, c'mon, he's helpful and cute! I'm glad someone mentioned Dominic Deegan...

I have a webcomic I really like, but it has really unworksafe content from time to time D: But the storywriting is really clever (one-shot pieces) and utilizes irony very well. As for a worksafe comic, Married to the SeaIt's a daily thing that adds captions to old-fashioned woodcuts. There's some really good ones in there. Beware, I think it might be unworksafe in terms of dialogue from time to time XP There might be an unworksafe image, but the art style is like one of those old Renaissance paintings (due to the images being snagged from whoknowswhere), it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

*Shifty eyes* *Resurrects* I recently started reading a few more webcomics. Looking for Group: Updates Monday and Thursday. A fantasy/adventure comic set in the World of Warcraft universe. You don't have to play WoW to understand this comic--I don't play it, but I still enjoy the comic. It's sort of your typical unlikely adventuring party kind of thing. Nothing too original--find the ancient magical artifact of great power to save the world kind of thing--but it's still a fun comic. The art is also quite good--there is a surprising amount of detail in the backgrounds. The plot is sometimes a bit hard to follow--it seems like the writers sometimes make the mistake of thinking that, since they know what's going on in the story, they don't really need to explain it to everyone else. I'd give this one a rating of T, for some violence. Sorcery 101: Updates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. When donations reach $100 for the week, there is a Thursday update. I only started reading this comic a week ago. I've finished reading through the archives, and I love it. It's hard to decide where to begin in a description of this comic. This comic is set in a sort of parallel universe. The place names in the comic are different from the place names here, and magic, vampires, werewolves, etc. exist in the comic. But other than those things, Sorcery 101's universe is the same as ours (as is evidenced by the occasional popular culture references made in the comic). The comic seems to be set in Britain. The main character, Danny, is a history teacher at a private school, and is currently learning sorcery (as the title suggests). Danny is mostly happy-go-lucky, and more than a bit lecherous. His sorcery teacher, Pat, is an angsty, antisocial vampire who resents the fact that he is a vampire. Danny lives with his best friend Brad (a shy, nervous werewolf), Brad's wife Ally (an air mage and a semi-retired demon hunter, with a personality completely opposite Brad's), and their young daughter Rebecca (a werewolf like her father, and quite the handful). Danny is blood-bound to Seth, a powerful vampire who apparently lacks any conception of morality. Sorcery 101 is a dramedy. The story arcs are mostly separate from one another, so it is difficult to describe the comic as a whole. Story arcs are usually several months long, and usually involve adventures in the fantasy world set up in the comic--hunting demons, dealing with vampires, fighting werewolves, and so on. The comic does a very good job of balancing drama and comedy--it can be very funny at times, and the drama never gets too heavy. However, both the plot and the character development can sometimes move slowly. The author summed up the comic quite well in his promise to the reader. The author says that in general, Sorcery 101 only shows "things that can be shown on basic cable." For the most part, this is true. However, there are some incidents of strong language and violence. There are a few very strong sexual implications in the comic, but no nudity. (Technically, Danny appears naked in one panel, but nothing is shown.) I would rank Sorcery 101 somewhere between T and M, but closer to M.

Thank god No Rest for the Wicked and Perry Bible Fellowship [MA] Have been listed! Now, on to my other all-time favorites (Beware, though! They're all slightly mature!).... GO FISH Don't be discouraged by the art. This has one of the most intriguing, mind-blowingly amazing stories I have ever read. It really does deserve more readers. As for the story, who doesn't love a plot that contains an evil, cow-eating God trying to eradicate all other immortals- all while ruining a poor guy's life (who only wants to get laid.) Wonderella"Rocketed to Earth from a dying world, Wonderella developed fantastic powers. But they were lame, so a vaguely Greco-Romanic godhead gave her better ones. She cannot fly, but she can totally jump hella high."- xDDDDDDDDD Shades of Grey Beautiful, beautiful art and a wonderfully angsty storyline. Between good and evil...black and white...there are inevitably...SHADES OF GREY! -baba ching!- Antagonist -for all readers. The hilarious pursuits of a disgraced shojo villain. Need I say more? (Oh, yeah. I do. THE ART IS GOD.)

Webcomics? I've being reading them of course. These are a few of what I've being reading *. Bruno the Bandit [Rated T] - Fantasy mixed with technology hilarity, one of the funniest webcomic I've ever read about a clueless career criminal, his not too trusty little sidekick and a bunch of many colourful characters. God Mode [Rated T] - Yet another webcomic about gaming, the art was pretty good so was the humour. No Pink Ponies - A webcomic about a girl comic book nerd (you heard me right) who opened a comic book store just to attract the cute comic guy (heard me right again) she has a big crush on. Good art and some pretty good facial expressions as well. Namir Deiter - One of the best furry comic. Written, drawn and coloured by Isabel Marks (that's izzywizard for you NT oldies), its pretty much about families, friends and growing up (this statement alone describes the entire archive). F@NBOY$ [Rated PG, or so they claimed] - Yep, another gaming webcomic, its about a Nintendo fanboy, a Sony PS fanboy and an Microsoft XBox fan girl (100% true). I must say that it has one of the most priceless facial expression that can tickle your funny bones, seriously. The Phoenix Requiem [Rated T, I think] - By the same person behind the already completed Inverloch, The Phoenix Requiem is about... well I'm not too sure myself, but I guess you can find that out on your own. (Note that you might find a few familiar faces, but they weren't the same...) Daisy is Dead [Rated T] - Quirky humourous webcomic which revolves about a counter-stereotypical zombie and a cast of characters far weirder than she is. No Need for Bushido [Rated T] - Manga/Anime styled webcomic which humourously parodies those action samurai mangas/animes, the art's amazing. The Dreamland Chronicles [Rated between PG and T, I think] - Its about a young boy who had a dream of a mystical land full of fantasy creatures and made a few friends there. On his 12th birthday, he found a sword and its guarding dragon with a strong intention to kill him (you'll find out why), but woke up before he was killed and never dreamt again. Eight years later, he found himself back again in the mystical land and his friends there grown up as well, there, he was about to discover what the sword was about, along with the history of the mystical land of his dreams... Dungeon Crawl Inc. [Rated T] - You don't need to know your ins and/or outs of Baldur's Gate (which the webcomic was based on) to even understand the jokes in this hilarious webcomic about a group of adventurers. Full of quirky running gags, only to be made funnier if you've being reading it from start. *Not all were listed as some of them has already being filled up by previous posts.

Here's another one: Looking For Group: Another fantasy parody, only more or less between WoW and Everquest. It's about 5 individuals of different fantasy races, with completely different goals in life. 4 of em are kinda serious. The other is... well... not. Take a wild guess at which one symbolizes the annoying guy in an rp chat. Some of the humor is kind of reminiscent to 8-bit Theater. *FLAGS*: Some fantasy violence.
