Carrie and I have officially become insane! (Okay, so we reached that point a looong time ago, but... whatever. xD) We have taken on the challenge of doing NaNoWriDay, aka, 50k words in one day. We will both lose horribly (except maybe not Carrie because she's awesome), but so far we're doing okay!  Both our stories include people who ate spoons, but... um... they're very different. YEAH. Oh, and if you wanna see how much we've got done, thett.net is wordcounting us ^_^ Or you can just IM us or something. Yeah.  *goes back to mad typing*  |

YESYESYEYES IT PWNS. Fj0rd has like 4000 words in a little below two hours, and I have 6085 in a bit over two hours. Both of our stories start with the same line: "I'm sorry to say that I ate a spoon." Hers is about... well, she can explain it. Mine's about this guy named Pete who swallows a spoon and is dragged to the hospital by his grandchildren, but then those plans are dashed when they get kidnapped by pirates who are led by the sinister Captain Eugene who believes in the Eaten Spoon prophecy and will soon make the entire family pirate royalty YES FOR PIRATE ROYALTY. |

Mine is about this guy who eats his mother's art project (which is a spoon made out butter) and it doesn't ACTUALLY start with the same line it's just VERY VERY SIMILAR. K. ...Oh, and mine is mostly about my MCs, Aristotle and Jess, trying to build mousetraps to recapture mice for their science project. =D It rules j00 all. *types frantically* And yes, we are barking mad. ^_^ And nutty times like... infinity. BUT. We are also cool and froody and you should all worship us if we finish in time. Until you read our novels and go "What the cheese?" and stop worshipping us 'cause ANYONE could write that sort of very weird story in 24 hours. ^_^ |
