The only part of the Lost Desert I actually like is when Velm joins my party. Then I toss all the healing potions away (which I start regretting somewhere around the Faeries).
Other than that... I guess I don't mind the Hermit's part. It's just a relief, seeing the trees in the middle of the sand. Then I leave, and then there's just sand...

I am absolutely disgusted by the lost caves. They're so long! Other than that, InSaNe isn't that bad right now. Level 29 before I get to Scuzzy. XD

I've never met anyone who likes the Lost Desert. That being said, I think I'm almost done with it. I only have two more bosses to go. So. Much. Walking. Really? I love the Lost Desert act! Best one by far. There is a lot of walking though, but I'm pretty sure Faerieland is worse. *shudders at the thought of Cumulonimbus* |

Best one by far. There is a lot of walking though, but I'm pretty sure Faerieland is worse. *shudders at the thought of Cumulonimbus* I love Faerieland, because (I'm not taking into consideration my love for all things Faerie, here) the fights are finally exciting. Instead of just hitting the attack button over and over, there's finally variety. The monsters have better abilities now  But I do hate the Bionic Cys. My favorite act is FL. My least favorite would be the LD or HW (but Hubrid's in the HW act, so... I suppose I can bear with it) |

My favorite part of the game is the Happy Fun Non-Haunted House in the Haunted Woods.  HAPPY TREES! But as an act overall, I might pick Faerieland for the prettiness, or maybe Terror Mountain, because it's not that bad (as far as I remember). EDIT: Edited much later for a mistake I made and never noticed until now. XD |

My favorite part is fighting the Faerie Thief. The stuff she drops are so much awesomer than the final weapons xD
Still putting off the leveling up for Zombom. It's tedious, and I'm lazy.

I remember the days when Tooth of Terask and Halo of Devilpuss used to cost around 70K. Now I can't sell them for 5K. D:

I do like them LD, actually. Very long yes but I like it for whatever reason.
I'm pretty eh on the HW. Faerie Fight is interesting but other than that it just feels really long and nasty. Nox's Tower is just something I typically avoid these days, simply because I'm gonna train to 60 in FL anyway.

Some things never change. XD I've always loved Chapter V. Ever since I first set foot into it. |

In the order I love them:
1. Faerieland
2. Terror Mountain
3. Meridell
4. Haunted Woods
5. Lost Desert
Quite honestly, the three in the middle are interchangable; based on the excitement in the act, I'd put Haunted Woods in #2, Meridell in #4. No matter what, the Lost Desert is at the bottom--I hate walking. So much clicking...

Sorry, HW aficionados, the Woods are last on my list because of the icky monsters and...I guess it felt boring squished between the two longest chapters.
My order goes a little something like this -
1. Faerieland
2. Lost Desert
3. Meridell
4. Terror Mountain
5. Haunted Woods
...I seem to be a masochist with my top two choices. XDDDDDD But really, 2 and 3 are interchangeable because I'm, as we all know, a Meridell freak. But the LD was awesome, arduous walking aside.

I'm going to take the opposite side on this one and say that I don't find the HW boring at all--there are quite a few bosses, and they all have decent abilities. Plus, so many famous Neopians appear in this chapter. Oh, and the HW has Hubrid in it! I fangirl him quite a bit :3 I do admit that the monsters are icky, to say the least. (Also, totally unrelated to NQ [II], but Kat, your name rhymes with the subject. Most amusing when it's under the "last updated topic" bar xD) |
