Not surprised. It was pretty dark. And had lots of crossdressing stuff, which I'm not sure is allowed in the NT unless handled with a light tone. BUT! Yay! I was hopeful about this one. First real plot-related story I've ever done, guessing it will be in week #369, since I have something for Halloween and BVU held over, provided are definitely accepted. That would also mean three weeks in a row, plus will then at number nine, and will have only one more to go before avatar time! 8D Congrats on your held-over piece! Regarding your first story, though - if something's explicitly not allowed, TNT will send you a rejection letter with that reasoning, not a TMGE. It could legitimately be that there are too many other entries already accepted for the next issue or two =P I'd say try sending it in again, and if you get another TMGE, the story might just need a bit more polishing up. Hard to tell sometimes with the TMGE letters. |

This is sort of a minor gloat, more of a brag if anything I suppose. Anyway, I looked at my Neo bank account today, I have exceeded 23mil neopoints. My interest is at 8k a day. I am about 52% of the way to my ultimate goal.

I guess I was just assuming because there's no crossdress specific rejection, obviously, it got TMGE'd but it would be a rule rejection if that were the case, I'm sure. I just felt a bit dodgy about how dark it was in the first place, but you're right. It needs some work first, but then I'll try to resubmit I guess ^^ Thanks! |

Oh balls. I guess this is what I get for submitting them so late. 2 pm on Friday, and I haven't heard anything for my Spooky part 3 submission. (I'm starting to wonder if it even went through)
Dunno what I'm gonna do if it doesn't get through this week. I guess I'll have to just pretend it didn't even happen and submit something for Halloween without this week. Kinda' crappy, because the Halloween one would've also been Spooky #150, and it's waaaaay lamer if my Halloween one is Spooky 149 and I just have a strip I can't reuse for anything.
Balls. I guess it was inevitable with all the stuff I tried to cram into October that something was going to falter. Shame it winds up being something significant.

I mean, even the cutout images work for some caption contests. I think they'll let you arrange images from the site for this one but please correct me if I'm wrong. |

I'm quite sad about this, too. I sort of saw it coming--for months they've been posting reminders in the news like "Don't forget you only have a week to submit!" and that made me suspect participation was dwindling. ._. |
