While waiting for Week 80 (even though it won't come until tomorrow probably) I was checking over the Editorial.
I am new and a faerie wants me to find a doctor... how?
The Faerie wants the person to find a Doctor collectable card. The person doesn't know it's a card, fine being a newbie an all. But what's funny is Donna's response.
You can go to the doctor by clicking on the Hospital from the main shops page. Click on 'Shops' in the yellow side bar and then click on the white building with a red cross on it.
You'd think after being a part of the site soooo long, she'd know 1) Faeries don't go around asking you to find Neopians and 2) There's such thing as a Doctor collectable card.
Maybe number two is excusable but number one just makes me wonder...

Yeah, that does seem rather strange. But it's not Donna I'm scared for, no, she always scares me. It's that newbie who asked a question, got an answer, and still has no idea what to do...poor person! But, still, it is rather funny ;D

It's either like she slaps the Editorial together in ten minutes or she really doesn't know too much about the site.

It's probably a mix of both...what really gets me, though, is that she always makes the NT late by not having the editorial done and then when it finally comes out she just "slapped it together in ten minutes"! Also, I think the site is getting even too big for her to keep track...

Maybe the site is getting too big for her, but would it be that difficult to just roll over on the little rolly chair (wheeeee) and ask a co-worker?

If she didnt know the answer why did she answer it? She could have answered my question, it was really useful!

Well, you've got to admit, the question was rather confusingly worded - Donna just honestly assumed (as I probably would have done, too) that it was just a newbie with a sick pet wondering how to find the cure. Don't be too harsh on her, guys; I'm sure she's doing the best she can with what she has.

Yeah, as funny as it sounds, she does try hard, I'm sure and it was probably an honest mistake that, if pointed out to her, would quickly be changed and apologized for.

The question was very strangely worded, and she was trying to help, she just overlooked the other meaning of what they were saying. Don't go off on another Donna bashing tangent, please... =)
