My Neopets account has been frozen and I don't know why. Please write to Josh or anyone else on the Neopets team you can and help me get my account unfrozen! I have finished comics, an article and a story series I can't submit because stoneman3x is frozen! AAACK! Help me, please! I really need help to get unfrozen. I don't know what to do or where to turn...

First off, contact frozen@neopets.com and ask the reason why you were frozen.
Perhaps it was a misunderstanding, but try to find out why first...
Hope your account gets unfrozen...;_;

I already did that, but from what I understand, if you don't write to a specific staff member and get them to help, your account can remain frozen for months before they even reply! I really want to write for the Times! I don't want to wait that long!

Email Josh at neopiantimes@neopets.com to find out - he usually can find the reason promptly, and he's very nice about it.
I've never been frozen, so I'm no expert, but maybe Josh will let you continue writing even though you're frozen. Or you can start another account in the mean time for writing (i.e. stoneman3x_clone or stone_resurrected - I'm sure you can come up with your own username).

She unfroze me the first time around.
Has anybody noticed that a few of us are getting frozen?
First me, then Amerock, then Stoneman.
I tihnk this is just my paranoia when I say somebody is trying to get us frozen. Do you think it's those chatspeakers who's crappy "Diz is ma stori!1" pieces never get into the Times?
I mean some guy said that because I wrote HTR 2...his story didn't get in. I doubt he would've got in anyway though, because in that neomail he mispelled every word/

 Stoneman... frozen? I can't give much advice because I've never been frozen, but... Can you pinpoint anything that you've done that could be misunderstood by scamming or breaking the rules? Neopets is getting *way* obsessed about freezing people....

Neopets is getting *way* obsessed about freezing people.... You're telling me.....they froze best friend Matt because he transferred his 217,000 NP to his new account from his old. I guess they mistook him for a hacker. |
