Because, now with the Electric and Starry Vandagyre, all Neopets are available in Electric and Starry! So, until/unless they introduce a new Neopet, let's look at the endcap of these two Colours: Electric Vandagyre: Nicely done. Starry Vandagyre: Would have added a few more stars onto the arms but alright otherwise. ... Okay, Electric and Starry aren't exactly the most complex Colours, but they are now complete.
