Neopets is not the only place or site that does April Fools Pranks. Here's what other places have done for their pranks.
For those playing Fire Emblem Heroes, there's a new 'trailer' (also available to view on the Fire Emblem Heroes site and Youtube) announcing the release of a Legendary Beast: Feh, the mascot owl for the game. It's ridiculously overpowered, and the banner focuses (of 0%, that should clue you in that it's not real) are of Feh wearing different hats, granting the owl different attacks. You will receive an Orb Hat, though
On Sunnyneo, they have started SunnyTV, a collaboration between Neovision and the site itself. If you know the history of Neovision, you'll know that it is obviously fake
Jellyneo, in a similar vein to the editorial database for the times, have decided to release a archive for the Neoboards, dating back to 2014.
These are the ones that I've seen so far.

ThinkGeek always brings out some fake new products, and occasionally makes one of them real (like the tauntaun sleeping bag or the Tentacuddle blanket)
