AHAHA I found an editing mistake in mine and now I'm annoyed because this was my fault, it's in the original file. I didn't make a new paragraph between characters speaking.
Of course now that this is published I should probably finish up with this plot I've been doing, I wrote What Lies Beneath in one sitting when I was having issues with the writing flow of my novel (which I finished last month!)

COMICS:
Ink: Inversion - Part 1 by June Scarlet When I first read this, I was a little lost on the story here. From what I could get, Ronjono feels guilty or sad about something that happened in the past, yet is willing to move forward.
Then I looked up the recap, and it made more sense.
The stylized symbolism in this one is quite well done. It gives a brief, yet a little vague, recap of what happened in past comics and the guilt that the protagonist feels upon reminiscing on these events, and the growing determination he has to move forward and hopefully, set things right.
Average Neopians #2 by dynamic_junction
Bills? In Neopia? What are you talking about? XD Even the Neopian news network is pessimistic? I heard Neopia could be considered a depressing place to live, but man… XP The last panel was super heartwarming!
Random Oddness: Partners and Sidekicks by mistyqee
Ah, Jordie. The sidekick of renowned explorer Roxton Colchester III still thinks he’s important. I’m not even sure if Jordie would even count as a has-been in his situation, considering the site really seems to play with the fact that he’s just a foot-note at best, barely ever mentioned at all for playing a part in saving or discovering Moltara, and that’s what makes him an easy target to pick on. Even then, it’s still funny to see what happens when Jordie lets his ‘fame’ get to his head. Speaking of the last panel, I think I may have seen that Quiggle and Kacheek before, but I can’t quite remember where… ARTICLES: Defenders Wanted: Partners And Sidekicks by Duke Pikachu Behold, the Defenders of Neopia! Who fight evil and crime by…hiring regular everyday neopians to do their job for them…most of the time. (Seriously, when’s the last time they showed up to save the day in a plot?) XP Love how you go into detail on not just all the most familiar Defenders, but also some of the more obscure ones in what they are looking for in a partner and a sidekick, in a way that is true to their character. Another good read! Short Stories:
The Ixi and the Queen by Geo 🇺🇦 🌻 I love the dynamics between Brynn and Hanso and the subtle hints to their relationship at the beginning and end of the story. Best of all, their characteristics are spot-on. Brynn is sarcastic and quick to bicker with Hanso, while still trying to reign him in when his ego goes over his head. And Hanso is just the big self-centered Ixi thief he always is.
Fyora and Hanso bounce off each other pretty well too.
Didn’t know Hanso was afraid of clowns and ghosts. Wouldn’t surprise me if this ever turns out to be true in lore. That, and I didn’t know he was good with a blaster either, seeing as how he never seems to have used or seen one before, let alone know what a blaster is.
“Fyora waved her arms and cast a spell which caused the clown to explode into pink dust.”

Whoa, I thought Faeries (excluding the Dark ones of course) were supposed to be all ‘goody-two-shoes’. Since when did Fyora start blowing people up? XD
All in all, this was a fun read.

CrimsonShroud I'm glad you reviewed my comic; I was rather wondering how someone who wasn't familiar with Ink respond to the comic. It seems like you got the overall gist, and it even prompted you to go and read more, which is more than I could ask for. I wanted to keep it vague to avoid spoilers from the last arc. Part 2 actually has words, so it should get people into the story better.
