so this is not what I learned today but there's a blog out there addressing a variety of interesting topics, trivia, and themes sent in by people who learned a specific fact during the day.
So, today I learned that many of the vegetables I eat are naturally low in phosphorus which is GREAT because I may have kidney problems. :^) Bad thing though, phosphorus is often high in fish which is a nice lean meat whose omega-3s I really need. At least I can eat all the kale I want, right?
...Somehow this doesn't feel like a victory.
