*continues to feel slightly awkward about making discussion threads when my comics are like, 50% of NTWF entries, but hey, as long as the masses aren't beating down the doors to make these threads, who's going to complain?* She jumped into the pile of items like it was a bath and swam around in the items she had worked 'so hard' for. But what would she do now? Her cellar was only so big, it could only probably store another 50,000 items which wouldn't even put a dent in her desires. - m0nster_rancher ArticlesNone Short StoriesNone ComicsOn Point by Huntress SeriesTWELVE Tips to Help You Succeed in Life:Part Twelve by downrightdude The Editorial only has three questions answered this time, but it also introduces Donny's Corner as a public disclosure of various item fixes they've been doing. I am Excite for this development because not only is this wonderful transparency, it's also making use of an existing site character to convey the information while keeping the Neopets-y feel. This is ostensibly the Fyora Day issue, which is why I churned out a comic for it posthaste (I'm on FIYAH these days wouldyabelieve) but it doesn't look like that's much of a big deal this year aside from a few articles. Poor Fyora, you spend only a few months in the infirmary and everyone forgets about you. The image they use to advertise this issue in the news doesn't show up in the NT again and while I quite like the one they chose this time, it's also a caption contest image that shows up huge when copied into the thread, so I was all "you know what, I like weewoos" and went with the classic weewoo.

Huntress I remember way back when I was a kid, the arcade I went measured tickets for prizes by weighing them. I wonder if something similar could be done for Neopoints.

Huntress I remember way back when I was a kid, the arcade I went measured tickets for prizes by weighing them. I wonder if something similar could be done for Neopoints. Most probably; canon dictates that each Neopoint is a single coin, so they'd be the same size and weight and should be pretty easy to weigh for estimates. Not sure what the margin of error would be for large amounts, but when in doubt, y'know, magic. The actual fun part with the Neopian economy is the volume of Neopoints. I didn't really have space to play with that in this comic, but if we assume that a neopoint coin is roughly the same size as a 1-euro coin, then a rainwater barrel would only fit around 100,000 NP. The only conceivable way to shop in the Hidden Tower is to bring a TARDIS.
