Bridgerton is mostly just okay-ish, but it does have the most amazing soundtrack. Here are some instrumental covers of pop songs that made me very emotional! ;-;
'Dancing on My Own' (Vitamin String Quartet, originally performed by Robyn.)
'What About Us?' (Duomo, originally performed by Pink.)

I have made it no secret that I am in love with Disco Elysium since I played it late last year. This is one of my favourite tracks. Extra poigniant because I always think of my hometown when listening to it these days. Just like this track, it is broken and looking ahead into the unknown, but stands tall and proud despite the horrors inflicted upon it.
What I would not give to walk through my home city listening to this track, taking in the full scope of the damage and the war.

Everybody stop what you're doing this is a serious post This afternoon at work there was an event happening across the hall which made me realise that all of you in faraway lands grew up without being subjected to this thing at every event that had old people music, at least once a summer
and now I am fixing that. This song kicks me in the fight-or-flight.
Do your part. Share my burden. "Alexandrie, Alexandra" - Cloclo [/div]

Throwback Thaturday When this came out I heard it everywhere, all the time, all summer long. This is really the sound of summer to me and the vibe I feel during this season, real full-blown dazzling summer

I could recommend most any song from 070 Shake, but this may be my favorite song from her newest album. It feels like it could go in a noir film, which is fitting given its title, with some Arabic and hip hop influence to it. Overall, very cinematic!

Pinkie Pie is real!! (music videos have flashy light effects mind your eyes)
They picked the perfect concept for her solo debut, I love her energy. Also glad that they seem to be bringing back poprock vibes after the kinda-disco renaissance, now all we need is some punk rock influence. And here's her next song, it lacks Bibi and I like the concept less, but the song sounds even better and the style and execution are still on point.

This guy's... pretty quirky, but I just found this song and I CANNOT stop listening to it. Something about it just hits all the sad nostalgia buttons so good

Been listening to a lot of music in te reo Māori. This beautiful song about grief really struck me this morning, and the video is so beautiful too. I thought everyone should get to experience it!
